  • Get a haircut and get a real job…you are not in high school anymore.

  • First I’d like to say the U.S. has suffered a tragedy in Boston and I feel terrible for all the victims. I would NEVER wish any kind of attack on any city. God be with all the victims and their families.

Very soon there will be an investigation in Congress about the Boston bombers. For months, dozens of officials and department heads will testify. Ultimately Napolitano will take the stand and run out of answers just like Clinton did. She will probably snap back something similar to “At this point, what difference does it make?” The senator asking the question should then reply, “Because we need a list of your people to charge with treason”. Even after 9/11, we have spent literally hundreds of billions of dollars on layers and more layers of law enforcement agencies that do the same thing, and they can’t follow up on a lead that is GIVEN for free. However, it’s second nature to take our rights away in the name of security. This is the same group of govt turds that blamed the Bush administration for being too stupid to find their a$$ with both hands. This group was too lazy to even pick up a pencil to connect the dots, much less act. But they want to run your healthcare, outlaw your guns, break your camera, & tax you into oblivion.

Remember the traitors of Bengazi, remember Holder, Napolitano, and “I’m so smart, I don’t need a daily security breifing” Obama. Take out the garbage in the 2014 midterms, take the Senate back! I hope we can hang on.

  • When was the first or last time a police officer was shot with something similar to a “cell phone gun”?
With due respect, filming a cop giving a ticket for smoking outside should end with an arrest over safety? There’s that grey area again.

  • Ever notice there are 1000 useless laws per 1 good law? Ever notice laws for the population are specific, concise, and ever more restricting? Ever notice laws for the police are worded as to what’s reasonable, prudent, or subjective? Ever notice that the rule of law in court isn’t close to the intent of the law after interpretation? Ever notice that even with all these laws, violent crime, robberies, drugs, etc are not subsiding? Ever heard all these rights get in the way of the police doing their job? Ever heard, “If we just had more police”? The people have all these inherent rights, but now those rights are conditional, leaving only a legally grey area that some court will need to rule on? Ever wonder why one would ever have to sue for their inherent rights?

Keep filming, recording, posting, blogging, reporting, observing, reading, discussing, assembling, and commenting. These are the only things that will keep this out of control govt of ours even remotely in check. When the internet switch is cut off, you will know we have finally lost the rights battle. I hope it never happens.

  • Glenn, thank’s for following up on this. We might not of ever known otherwise.

  • I’m not sure how many of us would be able to “keep our cool” during a gun grabbing moment. I’m sure no one would “keep their cool” if a cop pulled a service revolver on them and their son if they hadn’t broken the law. From that point on in the video, Grisham DID everything he was asked by all of the cops. Once wearing cuffs, all he had left WAS his mouth. You’d be pissed too! Grisham didn’t have to be courteous, professional, and submissive because he didn’t break the law! As a law abiding taxpayer we should all have the expectation to be treated with courtesy, and respect from a professional LEO. After all isn’t that their job? If he isn’t a pro, we don’t need him. Go back to NJ! Some of the comments from others say if he would of been nice, nothing would of happened. Really? When this story plays out to the end, we will find out Grisham didn’t have an agenda, but the city cops did. Texas game wardens do not need a warrant to come on to your property. They walk onto property (usually alone) and encounter armed people almost every time. Try to find an encounter like this one on Youtube involving a game warden in Texas. Good luck to you.

These cops were discourteous, unprofessional, over aggressive, and violated this man and his son’s inherant rights. I hope the ex-cops make payments to Grisham for the rest of their lives.

To the City of Temple, next time Support Our Troops right !! You might need them and the general public sooner tha

  • Never turn your back on a snake.

  • “The charge is pending prosecution with the county attorney’s office,” the Temple Police Department said in a very short statement provided to TheBlaze on Wednesday.

How about this coppers “If you don’t have anything to hide, you don’t have anything to worry about”.
Yuk, Yuk. As a tax payer funded entity it should be mandatory you have to talk. Talk right into the camera cowards!

  • You pegged it “Red Dirt”. I have never heard of crap like this from Texas Parks & Wildlife, maybe they can offer some lessons to these jackboots. Come to think of it, I never heard of TPW doing cavity searches on the side of the road at night to women that throw cigarette butts out the window either(A. Dobbs).

What happened to the public servants in Texas? You are making us look bad!

  • I know it’s a minor point, but, you left out the part where the cop pulled his gun out on a law abiding citizen and his son for something that was not against the law. If the cop is not a professional, we don’t need him.
