Only Operation Fast & Furious, Ft. Hood,
Flashback to when Sec. Napolitano threatened the US would be attacked if her DHS budget was sequestered. Yesterday, following the bombing in Boston, Big Sis is on Capitol Hill presenting her 2014 budget requests. Coincidence?
and this is why none of them have ANY cred whatsoever~

I’m with you! As long as you are willing to team up with an atheist who shares a common enemy with you!

you mean the ones with the ability to cook a large quantity of broccoli in a short amount of time?

@ armed: Ok, you’re right. Not gonna argue with someone who is both armed AND really pi$$ed. I am simply armed and silly.

@ leslie: I concede that it isn’t the wisest thing to use boiling water for low acid items, but the fact remains that canning has existed far longer than pressure cookers/canners… with obvious increased risks. I still stick with pressure since it’s easier and as you pointed out, safer. I was just blown away by eagles initial comment on the matter.

everybody in cleveland go minority we got obama poetry. ya know?

furthermore, eagle, pressure cookers are for FAST cooking when you use them. you sir, are thinking of a crock pot. now really, go read a book.
April 16, 2013 at 1:32pm
@ balding eagle: I suggest you go read a book. I successfully can all kinds of produce that I grow safely and successfully with my pressure cooker. Just because that is not it’s main purpose does not mean it doesn’t work. You can even do it with just a pot and boiling water for all it really matters. Does not need to be some special ‘pressure canner’ lol

@ frog: c’mon! none of those groups are extremists! they are just minority advocacy groups! Get with the program! …end sarcasm
April 16, 2013 at 11:53am
Right wing extremists tend not to indiscriminately kill innocent people. They target specific things based on their ideals (abortion clinics, gov’t facilities). Furthermore, those instances are quite rare, as is domestic terrorism as a whole. This guy is a partisan tool.

@ pop: no animosity intended, sir. I just fear that if we maintain a precedent of the majority religion imposing it’s values on the public, and a less benign religion becomes the new majority, it will lead to bad things all around. I apologize if it came off differently.
April 16, 2013 at 8:49am
@ right: you better hope your religion remains the majority in this country. Otherwise, you will wish you had freedom from religion.
