  This video really shows us how much we are really outnumbered – 4 or 5 liberals for each conservative. It also shows that truth cuts to the very center of the ugliness and makes all hell break loose. It also shows that conservatism can and will win in the end.

  S.E. isn’t one of my favorites, but she is on our side and I’m glad.

  Where I vote it is same day registration and required voter id and you are checked against a roster at the county level for a valid address. It seems to work, but I can see that if you were unscrupulous, you could run to the next voting precinct and possibly vote again, unless the votes are reconciled somehow or the place you vote is the only place you can vote in the county. I haven’t voted in another precinct, so I wouldn’t know, if there are checks like that.

  I’m all for voter id. It would for sure weed people out get rid of some fraud. Registration would be another area that would need a lot of work and reconfiguration.

  I think that electronic voting should be done away with. Computers, software, and data can easily be manipulated by the click of a mouse. Thousands of votes can be changed in a matter of seconds, even if the calibrations were perfect at the time votes were cast. So what, if it takes a little longer, at least there would be a paper trail.

  That would be Ann Coulter telling Piers Morgan, who is quite an egotistical jerk, that he is a ‘sexist misogynist pig’. Nothing to do with Feminism, just plain asking for a little respect. Megyn Kelly would probably defend herself the same way.

  We all knew he was watching it all in real-time and he has the best intelligence in the world reporting to him. I bet he also new that ’400 tons’ of weapons were pointed right at our guys, ships, planes and whatever else, if any attempt was made to rescue the ambassador, which weapons would have exposed him like fast and furious, if our guys went in and got slaughtered with heat seeking missiles. This would have been politically worse for him, so, as the coward he is, he chose the less politically damaging route and chose to cover it all up with a youtube video.

  Liar in chief is going to have to have a come to Jesus moment and answer to the people.

  The thing that makes me mad/disturbed/discouraged/angry about all of this is that this president (I can barely call him that) is SUPPOSED to represent all of us to the world. I’m too embarrassed to know that in front of the whole world that he just happens to be representing us and making us all look really, really bad. He’s actually MISREPRESENTING us by all the lies and deception.

  It feels like a repeat of the late 70s when the whole world was laughing at us with Nixon, then Ford, then Carter. Total loss of respect until Reagan entered the stage.

  Even as a teenager I understood how horrible a shape the country was in. My father came up to me one day while Carter was in office and told me, “Son, you will never be able to own a house, especially with interest rates at 24%. The dreamland is coming to an end.” Thank God that didn’t come true. And then President Reagan changed all of that. The hostages came home. It took America some years to get back on track, but respect and honor returned. I’m glad I voted for him, but it took another 20 years to realize how good of a President Reagan was.

  I feel the same dismal feelings now, but worse than the 70s. The office of the president has been destroyed and we have no respect as a country, maybe subzero because of this president. We can’t have another 4 years of this.

  As an American Citizen and with tears in my eyes, I award the two heroes, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods, who have fallen, who went back into harm’s way, the American Citizen’s Medal of Honor, which is my honor, respect and reverence for the heroic acts of valor they exemplified in the highest way possible. They showed the true American values and spirit, by not leaving their fellow Americans behind, by service to country and our fellow man, and by unselfishly ignoring their own personal safety to protect them. They have given their all, even the ultimate sacrifice, and thus will live on in our hearts forever. Their courage and bravery in a situation that most, if not all, would run from, will not be forgotten. Rest in peace, our heroes. We will take it from here and make sure that your sacrifice will not be in vain.
