  • You obviously don’t watch FoxNews otherwise you would know that O’Reilly and Hannity never mention each other. Never. Where has the U.S. government ever defined the term “marriage?” O’Reilly is a Christian and is well aware of how the Bible refers to marriage, but his argument is sound and to the point. If you oppose gay marriage, you cannot use the Bible and “sin” as arguments. This argument, like any argument, must be made in terms that both sides can understand with no ambiguity. Non-believers cannot be talked down to or belittled because they are non-believers. That results in a no-win situation. More importantly, this argument is about the legality of gay marriage, not morals or beliefs. If you shoot a firearm right-handed using your left eye, you will never hit your target. Same thing applies to this argument: you have to stay on target to be able to win and the Bible, sin or morals will never hit the target. If O’Reilly using the term “Bible-thumping” is offensive to anyone, I believe you need to look into your own heart first, then watch the video and understand the context in which he used it.

  • Planned Parenthood is also a misnomer. They do not care about parenthood. They try to prevent parenthood at all costs (with our tax money).

  • We should not let people call themselves “Pro Choice” because it is a misnomer. Do not let them get away with that label. Do not let them use it. They are not “Pro Choice” they are what they are, Pro Abortion. If all Pro Life arguments began by negating the opponents’ using their bogus label which is a lie, the argument ends. A person is either Pro Life or Pro abortion. There is no third position. It cannot be equated with a coin because a coin has an edge upon which it can land. They like “choice” because it sounds inclusive and allows them to ignore the truth. By the way, I am Pro Choice when it comes to guns. I want to choose which gun I want to own. I do not want the government to tell me which gun I am allowed to own. Criminals have no restrictions and neither should I.

  • Read the New Testament (I won’t say “again” because it is self-evident you have not read it) and try again. You are a typical liberal. No one says you have to believe in God or Jesus. If you don’t believe that’s fine. Just don’t degrade and make fun of those who do. Even if you don’t believe in God and you are not a Christian, it is hard to argue that if one lives by the 10 commandments and treats others as you would have them treat you, that a person would not be better for it and the world would be a much more enjoyable place to live.

  • I get to listen to Dana on her radio program every day (971talk.com) and she is no shill. She is an extremely intelligent and talented speaker who knows her facts. She is also an owner of an AR-15 and knows how to use it. Her show is streamed live everyday from noon till 3 p.m. CDT. Listen and learn.

  • @OKIENOODLERFAN
I’m from Illinois and we do license people to own guns. We have to qualify for a Firearm Owner Identification Card, then you just have to show it at a store to buy a gun or ammo. The card is good for 10 years as long as you are not arrested and convicted for a crime. We’re the only state that does this and there is till a downside, but I believe it works better than having a background check ran each time. We have to wait 72 hours for a handgun and 24 hours for a long gun purchase before we get the gun, but it is still better than most situations in most states. We still don’t have conceal carry yet, but the state has until 6/10/13 to come up with something. Even if a course is required, it’s better than nothing (illegally carrying).

  • Here! Here! A wonderful idea. We in Southern Illinois wish it would be gobbled up by Lake Michigan. It is but a cesspool of thugs and slimy politicians and it’s almost impossible to differentiate between them.

  • I live in Illinois (Southern Illinois) and what they do in Chicago is not reflective of the entire state. We would like for Chicago to secede from Illinois. Maybe they could call it Obamaland.

  • If you look closely at the first photo you will notice the fly has no right wing, thus the reason it was in a clockwise circular pattern while he spoke. I did not whisper to the fly to figure this out.

  • He should have been the stooge in the Happy Roe vs Wade 40th Anniversary video. He would have fit right in and they could have used his sad story. Dumba$$!!
