We complain about the media not reporting stories like this.

Why not take a page from the history books and follow the example of Thomas Paine and use the pamphlet idea of common sense to reach the masses.

Every two weeks employers could download a 1 page cliff note version of the news everyone should be aware of and they could include it with the paychecks to their employees.

We have to start thinking outside the box if we are going to take our country back.

Email the editor of the blaze with this idea and if enough of us do maybe theblaze will make it happen.

The left is winning by following Lenin’s advice. If you can’t take your kids out of school you have to mobilize your community to take back the schools.

You do this by surrounding the school board. Mobilize the masses and show up to every school board meeting and demand you will not leave them alone until they agree to get rid of textbooks that are biased towards socialism.

Our military spilled their blood and gave their lives so their children would not be enslaved by tyranny.

And now without firing a shot we are allowing the schools to convince our children to give up their liberty for a socialistic utopia that has failed everywhere it has been tried.

Demand that we have a freedom week and let the students listen to immigrants from communist countries explain what life is really like when you allow your government to take away your freedom in the name of “equality, security, and fairness.”

We just lost a major battle but if we continue to lose our children we will lose the war.

The time to take a stand is now.

Recruit as many as you can and start at the local level with the school boards.

Glenn needs to help mobilize the masses. If enough of us contact him, we can make it happen on a national level.

The blaze can write articles that follow our progress and distribute ideas of what is working around the US.

Her very first quote explains why we lost this last election and will continue to lose future presidential elections.

We have to take our kids back.

Glenn said pull your kids out of school.

I have and the most widely used option K12 is still teaching them that socialism is the best option. According to my sons textbook it will bring about “equality, security, and fairness.”

Here is a solution that Glenn needs to explore.

We need to help him create TheBlaze Academy.

Collectively we could make it happen this year.

It would be based on the framework of the Kahn Academy. Look it up it is a great free resource for learning math.

The idea is to ask the best conservative teachers in the world to create short videos of them teaching all of the subjects K-12. Then we allow the community to vote on the videos. The best teachers would rise to the top.

That would be the free version.

The paid version would include professional videos of the best lectures, the opportunity for the students to interact and ask questions from the best teachers, tutoring, etc.

Help me get this idea to Glenn and email him, stu, the blaze editor so they can make it happen.

We need become the party of common sense solutions.

The Blaze needs to create section of the website for common sense solutions. Each week we vote on a problem to tackle and then propose common sense solutions. At the end of the week we take the best ideas and then flood the airwaves, media, blogs and government with those solutions.

Our collective voice can make a difference.

    Here is one example.

We need to simply our tax code.

One solution is to require EVERY federally elected official to fill out their taxes by hand, with no outside help, in front of c-span cameras.

Each of their returns would be audited by the IRS.

Then each year on April 15th they would be handed the results of the audit. This would be done on C-Span so the whole nation can watch the expressions on their faces as they open the results.

If they over or under paid their taxes, they would be fined 10 times the amount they were mistaken by.

The entertainment value alone should make this worth pursuing.

I guarantee that within a year two at most our elected officials would find a way to compromise and simplify our tax code so that even they can understand it.

Please reply to this comment with your ideas and email Glenn, Stu and the blaze editor so we can make this happen. Glenn’s email is me@glennbeck.com, stu@glennbeck.com Scott Editor of the blaze sbaker@theblaze.com

    Here is a real solution.

Thomas Paine ignited a revolution with his pamphlet Common Sense.

Every business owner should hand his employees the updated version of Common Sense with each paycheck.

The schools, media and unions have taught half of our country to embrace socialistic, big government solutions that trample freedom.

Now is the time we fight back with the pen and take back our country.

Email Glenn, Stu, the blaze.com staff and ask them to start writing these new common sense pamphlets that can be handed out with paychecks. Glenn’s email address is me@glennbeck.com, stu@glennbeck.com Scott Editor of the blaze sbaker@theblaze.com

Repost this comment so we can bring this to their attention

Here are some of the topics that should be addressed. Feel free to reply to this comment with your ideas.

Real life examples of people who have lived under communism
The truth about taxes. Regulations is a tax increase. Taxes on businesses cost jobs.
The War on Poverty has created dependency and more poverty.
Welfare is like morphine. Use it when necessary but get off it as soon as you can before you become dependent on it and it destroys your life and the lives of your children.
The truth about the modern day unions.
Exposing the politicians who magically become wealthy while in congress.
    Exposing the Muslim Brotherhood
    Exposing voter fraud.
    Exposing the facts about Benghazi

Marx said give me one generation. We have to take that generation BACK!

Here is a direct quote from my son’s 9th grade geography textbook

“Consider the transition from a traditional economy to a command economy. In a traditional economy, social change is slow, and people tend to closely follow the ways of their parents and grandparents. Traditions are strong and cultural practices remain consistent throughout the years.”

“In a command economy, the government decides how people work and consume. This is done to bring about security, equality, growth, and fairness, but the decisions the state makes in pursuit of these goals can easily result in disrupting long-established ways of life.”

They are teaching our children to ignore their parents and grandparents and embrace the path of the government that will lead them to “SECURITY, EQUALITY, GROWTH, AND FAIRNESS”.

We must take back our schools!!! That is the root of why we keep losing these national elections!

Gather your friends and family and flood the school board meetings EVERY MONTH until our schools start teaching the truth about command economies, socialism, communism or whatever you want to call it.

The blaze needs to do stories on what the schools are teaching our kids. Email them this. Repost this everywhere.

Glenn needs to read this on air. Email him and Stu at stu@glennbeck.com and me@glennbeck.com

If enough of us comment and email it will get to his attention.

We do home school our kids using the online K12 curriculum. The quote above comes straight out of the k12 High School geography textbook.

Since I don’t have the time to read through all of the textbooks I take it upon myself to educate my kids so they can recognize propaganda like that.

After reading that biased viewpoint of communism he was able to recognize on his own that the “command economy” they were lauding was combo of socialism and communism.

When he read it he came out of his room in disbelief at how one sided the information was.

I don’t mind them teaching the utopian view of communism/socialism but you have to balance it with the reality that everywhere it has ever been tried it has failed and maybe even throw in a few of the drawbacks.

And at the same time they should also mention at least some of the pros of the free market system and maybe even give an example of a country that has successfully used it. Like say the USA.

Not everyone has the time to home school or the money for private schools.

We can take back the schools at the local level. Put pressure on your local school boards to make sure a balanced approach is being taught in the schools.

  • October 31, 2012 at 11:02am

These kids are willing to vote for redistribution later in life because of what they are taught in High School.

Here is a direct quote from my son’s geography textbook.

“Free choice for economic decisions sounds good, but the free-market system can result in inequality, insecurity, and up-and-down economic development. Because of these risks, some people prefer to have the state more heavily involved in the economic system.

Unlike the free-market system — where no one is in charge of outcomes — in a command economy, the state can work toward providing equality, security, and fairness.”

Next Tuesday you should not only vote against the guy who is for a command economy but don’t forget to vote for school boards who will only purchase textbooks that tell the whole truth about “command economies” eg socialism, communism, etc.

With the goal of QE3 being to lower long term interest rates why does the federal government want almost all of us to refi and lock into long term loans with Freddie and Fannie.

Do you really think they will honor those fixed rates loans if we see interest rates shoot up to 20% like in the late 70′s and if they modify those loans do you think people will be able to afford the new payments?

  • September 21, 2012 at 2:46pm

What do you think is going to happen to the trucking industry when Israel attacks Iran and Iran shuts down the strait of hormuz causing a 400% spike in the price of diesel.

Do you think they will keep driving the food into the major cities and if they can’t afford the $25 a gallon for diesel what is going to happen in major cities when they run out of their seven day supply of food?

  • September 21, 2012 at 2:43pm

I would love to see a story on why we as taxpayers have been paying the salaries of the federal government union bosses since the democrats forced that law through during the carter years.

And more importantly what we can do to change the law so federal unions pay for their own expenses instead of the taxpayers.

  • September 21, 2012 at 1:37pm

Speaking of the economy. I just talked with a friend who owns a trucking company. She mentioned that over the past few weeks the freight business has been drying up at a rate even faster than during the summer.

The trucking industry is like the canary in the coal mines of the economy. If they aren’t hauling like they used to it means the air in the mines is getting unhealthy.

And one other thing to chew on is when Israel attacks Iran, Iran has promised to shut down the straight of hormuz. Last time that happened in the 70′s gas prices jumped by 40% almost overnight.

How long can the trucking industry afford to keep bringing food into major cities like LA while paying $25 a gallon for diesel?

LA has a 7 day supply of food.

We saw what happened in New Orleans when people stop getting food for a couple of days.

What will happen to inflation with $25 diesel?

Will interest rates really stay low with massive inflation?

Will Fannie and Freddie really honor your contract for a fixed rate on a 30 year loan at 3.25%. If you think they have to honor the contract ask the the former bond holders of GM if the federal government honored the bondholders contracts that spelled out how much they should get in the event of a bankruptcy.

Will you be able to make the payments if they adjust your rate for the good of the country to 20% or whatever is needed so the federal government doesn’t go bankrupt?

If you don’t have food storage get it.

    If you can pay

I don’t have the time to do this, because I need to get back to work. But if you do have the time please start posting all the news stories from 2009 where Holder, Clinton and the other dems pointed to the gun violence in Mexico as the fault of the US because our guns were being purchased here and used down there.

  • June 14, 2012 at 5:34pm

I would really like the Blaze staff to pull all the comments that Holder, Clinton and all the rest of the democrats were making back in 2009 about how the US was to blame for the gun violence in Mexico and how congress needed to pass stricter gun laws to “help” Mexico with its problem.

    Helloooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!

They let the guns walk to strengthen the case to pass anti-gun legislation. That strategy goes straight to the top.

Every single democrat that knew about this plan to let the guns walk, so they could pass their anti-gun legislation should be charged with at the very least manslaughter.

How can we bring this to the attention of the Blaze staff so they can run with the story?

Here is one link to a story from 2009. I am sure there are thousands more. http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-503544_162-4831751-503544.html
