  I got shot in the neck by a friend playing with a gun,when I was 15. It bruised my spine. The doc did surgery to my spine to relieve the pressure, and severed my spine. I’ve been a paraplegic for 44 years now. I own and carry a gun. Taught my kids and grandkids gun safety and we shoot all the time. It wasn’t the guns fault that put me in the chair. It was because he wasn’t taught gun safety.

  When I was growing up a friend had to be on welfare. The gov gave them a block of cheese, a pound of butter, a big can peanut butter and powdered milk. And a big can of oats. His mother didn’t stay on it long. Maybe if they did that again some people wouldn’t be so willing to stay on the program.
