When you don’t know history you are doomed to repeat it. We have a long history with this export act and encryption software. They require you to limit access to US ips only. All he has to do is install a country ip database and limit access only to us ip addresses. Its no big deal.

Phil Zimmermann created the first version of PGP encryption in 1991. A encryption program that the government could not decode. In February 1993 Zimmermann became the formal target of a criminal investigation by the US Government for “munitions export without a license”
Zimmermann challenged these regulations in a curious way. He published the entire source code of PGP in a hardback book,[13] via MIT Press, which was distributed and sold widely. Anybody wishing to build their own copy of PGP could buy the $60 book, cut off the covers, separate the pages, and scan them using an OCR program, creating a set of source code text files. One could then build the application using the freely available GNU Compiler Collection. PGP would thus be available anywhere in the world. The claimed principle was simple: export of munitions—guns, bombs, planes, and software—was (and remains) restricted; but the export of books is protected by the First Amendment.
SO I suggest he print the code in a book.

CBS Anchor Scolds: ‘We’re Getting the Big Stories Wrong Over and Over Again’
May 11, 2013 at 9:56pm
Nothing new here they have always gotten stories wrong the people just did not find out until the internet. Before the internet every story I saw them cover in my area was wrong.
They are only upset that people find out so fast now when they get something wrong. It makes them look like the fools they are. Its all fluff and hype with no real news.
In the old days the FCC would have declared what the networks are doing was not news and taken away the licenses because they were not fulfilling the news requirement.
If we had a good GOP when they were in charge they would have forced them to clean up the network news.
Cable news is not regulated but network news is.

Never seen such a waste of money just repair the damage and reopen it. This country is run by children with childish minds. What does the building have to do with the shoting? How does tearing down the building make anything saffer? Its all childish.
