The question was answered by Scalia the only way he could. First off the States seceding would not be bound by the Supreme court of the nation they are seceding from. The whole idea of seceding is to have a clean start and that includes the fossils on the so called Supreme court. They rule against the Constitution most of the tie. We hear the few times they hold up the rule of law. Why the hell would a State ask a corrupt court to see if they could pretty please secede??!! I wonder if George Washington ask the King to let them start their own country and lose all the tariffs they imposed? Let’s see if history has that in it. Ahh , nope. None I have seen. Get some spine Glenn. You are great at rabble rousing but when it comes to bare knuckles you take the fetal position and let the liberals do as they wish and tell true Americans to back off or even worse say they are stupid for signing a petition. I guess if you are afraid of standing up to our dictator then sit back and let those who have fought for our freedoms do the dirty work for you once again.

Despite the belief that the military is run by Obama (which is wrong ) they would never turn their guns on law abiding citizens who are using their Constitutional rights. That is exactly what the military swears to defend. They don’t take an oath to protect the President or we would already be a Dictatorship. They swear to protect the Constitution and citizens of the United States. Obama doesn’t believe in the very thing our military die protecting. So it is us or him. I will bet my life they would pick us. There is still the electoral college placing their votes on Dec. 7th or 17th. They can change them. If we make it clear that we know how Obama stole this election. 59 polls in PA where Romney got “zero ” votes and 99% or more in 100 pols of Ohio went for Obama. This is a statistical 0% chance of happening. Now throw in the machines that took Romney votes and gave them to Obama. We have the right to see the truth. We demand to see the truth!

I have mixed feelings about how strong Glen Becks patriotism is. To say if Americans sign a petition to secede they are stupid? This is the same guy who said we need to stand strong and not waiver. I believe that Obama will never get it but those who have careers in politics do. If Obama sends his form of Gestapo around to harass or even arrest those who have signed will wake up to the other side of a peaceful secession. Obama has done this to our country. We need to do all we can to solve the corrupt elections and not roll over and say” don’t lick your wounds and get over it” or ” don’t make waves or Obama will get you” so just “stay strong “. All the cliches won’t do anything. Glenn Beck needs to grow some spine and stick up for his beliefs and the rights of States to do exactly what they feel is necessary. As of yesterday almost 700,000 people signed. Obama going to threaten or arrest them all? Even if he did a few it would stoke the flames of freedom like it hasn’t been seen since the Revolution.

This guy is on something. His comments about not fighting against terrorism because it would expand a “religious ” war is crazy. The terrorists are the only ones putting religion into what they do. It is a false claim. As far as the debates go, if Mitt Romney and Obama go into this “townhall” debate and think there will be an equal amount of registered Republicans and Dems then they are fools. You know Obamas campaign will cheat and overload Dems in it. Obama can’t win anything unless the “fix ” is in for him. Every election he has won before 2008 has been due to cheating.

Wow, Obama really said he doesn’t take the accusation that he leaked things he shouldn’t have. I know he is an arrogant SOB but this is way over the top. If he continues to push this aside it will be his undoing. Americans ( a big majority ) are very serious about any politician leaking secrets that put our country and soldiers in more danger than they should be. This Presidency has been a failure in so many ways that it would take another novel to list them all. I hope Obama keeps minimizing his failures. Todays voters are more involved than in anytime in our history. To try and minimize accusations and not meet them head on shows 1: they are true 2: he has no respect for those who served in the military. This isn’t going to just go away.

I love how they don’t listen to what a police officer is telling them and resist when being told not to. Yet when the police officer is forced to make this punk listen he gets a bunch of advice from another punk. Citizens are not allowed to interfere with an officer preforming his duty. As for asking his name , unless they are somehow involved they didn’t need to know. All of them have badge numbers and it was displayed. So if you don’t want to get slammed don’t be a punk!

I love watching the religion of peace bloody up American Christians. It’s so peaceful. We need to stop calling Islam a religion and call it what it really is a cult. Religions are for the most part peaceful and teach tolerance and love. Islam teaches the exact opposite. Yes I am sure it can be edited to read like a peaceful religion. The truth is that for thousands of years Muslims have been fighting and killing innocent people in the name of Allah or Mohamed. They have killed more of their own people than all their enemies put together. I love it. These are the same people who use race in every crime or if some one mentions a white man, then we are racists. The pictures he put up are out of context of course.
