  All drug pushing is done legitimately now via lobbyists for the pharma industry. In other words, the street corner pusher, whether supplying one city block, or and entire demographic is now controlled by “legitimate” pharma lobbyists, and that includes all things mexico, cartel or whatever else you wish to call it.
