George Zimmerman was completely unfairly treated. The guy is under tremendous stress. Think about what it would be like when everyone recognizes you, but in a negative way. Blacks literally are threatening to kill him. You have to take that pressure into account when evaluating him. George, if you are reading this, good luck and don’t lose faith.
Poor George, he kills an unarmed kid, even when he finds out that the kid lived there, he has no remorse and says God somehow sanctioned the killing. As I said before,( people like TomSawyer prove my point), George fits in nicely with this crowd.

GOP needs a fight between Elizabeth Warren and Hillary Clinton.
The Ferguson Police Department should ALL walk out, and let these animals kill each other. A fund should be started on line (to which I would contribute) to give these guys some money to live while they look to be placed in other police stations. I'm sick of Ferguson and especially the garbage that lives there. These people are beyond unreasonable. Oblummer and holder should be so proud!

I am not sure I agree with writing the letter to Iran, but I agree with what it says. But it is the result of Obama ignoring congress and using the UN as the enforcer of the Treaty that will not be ratified by congress. That is not how the constitution intended for things to work. I can’t believe that the president doing it that way is not front page news.

IF it is illegal, will she be charged with a crime? Does the law apply equally to all citizens? I doubt it.

Most people do not decide who to work for. I suspect most people hire who they think would hire them
I did. I picked the company I wanted to work for, but I did my homework FIRST, making sure they were reputable and fair. THEY WERE. I am now retired from that company. IT WAS THE BEST COMPANY I COULD HAVE EVER WORKED FOR and I didn't know it at the time I hired in, but IT WAS FAMILY-ORIENTATED AND CONSERVATIVE. A BIG bonus for me.

Most people want the government to stay away from the Internet. I am far more worried about the government destroying the internet freedom than any cyber-threat.

I think porn on the internet should be illegal. Do you really think kids are not looking at it?

Stephen Hawking (Comsmologist–non-believer)
“In fact, if one considers the possible constants and laws that could have emerged, the odds against a universe that produced life like ours are immense.”
Paul Davies (astrophysicist)
“The equations of physics have in them incredible simplicity, elegance, and beauty. That in itself is sufficient to prove to me that there must be a God who is responsible for these laws and responsible for the universe” astrophysicist Paul Davies; Superforce (1984)
“Once we see, however, that the probability of life originating at random is so utterly miniscule as to make it absurd, it becomes sensible to think that the favorable properties of physics on which life depends are in every respect deliberate … . It is therefore almost inevitable that our own measure of intelligence must reflect … higher intelligences … even to the limit of God.” — Sir Fred Hoyle, (1915-2001) British Scientist and Mathematician
“Science does not know how life started on earth” –Neil deGrasse Tyson (Agnostic)
At least he admits he doesn't know everything...a virtually impossible task for true believeing christians.

“An atheist is someone who is certain that God does not exist, someone who has compelling evidence against the existence of God. I know of no such compelling evidence. Because God can be relegated to remote times and places and to ultimate causes, we would have to know a great deal more about the universe than we do now to be sure that no such God exists.” — Carl Sagan (Agnostic)

I think everyone should stop buying and “using” Dropkick Murphys’ music. That would solve the problem.
Incorrect. New laws are not always the solution. But in this case, if the Sheriff is not punished, removed from office by vote or resignation, it will send a message to other law enforcement that they can abuse people outside the intent of the laws.

IF the Sheriff did not break any laws in doing this, then a new law needs to be put on the books to stop it from happening again.
Yes, more laws and restrictions.
That is always the solution.

Anyone voting against GOP for not allowing illegals into the country is NOT going to vote for the GOP anyways. Stopping the undocumented democrats from entering should be the number one goal.

The greatest security threat is an insecure border. DHS is not securing the border. Defunding them does very little.
 January 14, 2015 at 1:02pm
This is a strange way of looking at it:”veto the bill if it defunds his immigration plan.”
So the president can decided to spend money and veto the house from passing laws to stop it? So the president can just spend whatever he wants? That is not how it is suppose to work.
