Actually this is for problemsolver. I don’t know if you are delusional, on drugs, or illiterate. The act in question, which can be accessed at the library of congress, does none of what you purport it to do. Or maybe it’s just that you’re getting your information from a delusional web-site. There are many things that we can complain about coming out of DC, but this Act is not among them.
