Fla turnout was really low, I went to the polls and was the only voter in at the time, poll workers said it had been real slow. I know my neighbor did not bother going even though I reminded him, I guess alot of folks stayed home.

What you ppl are not understanding- so you send your normal generally well behaved kid to H.S., but he’s going into a place with kids who have mental issues, violence issues, lack of upbringing, parents who allow their kids to get pierced & tatooed, gang members, teachers who are oblivious or worn out, and administration folks who just want to get paid & go home. Your kid’s choice 1.) fight back, hold his own so no future problems 2.) Cry to administration & watch his back the rest of the year. In some large schools gang activity is very real, in others wannabe gangs cause havoc. You can’t just say it’s the parents, how would YOU act in prison?

I love you Marco Rubio, but you are not realizing the problem here. If I go and rob a bank then give the money to my children, then get caught can my kids keep the money? Of course not because it wasn’t mine to give. If the illegals have been here for so many years, yet not obtained legal status, how then can they pass on the benefit of legal status? They cannot. They all must go. We must be a nation of laws.

Actually, the “Blowback” theory makes logical sense, the U.S.’s reaction to 9-11 does not. Our govt unknown to most of us DOES go into other countries & attempt to manipulate various situations ( leadership, policies, outcomes, ect.) we would not like it if China/Russia/Syria had operatives here attempting to choose our leadership would we? The 9-11 terrorists all had visas issued from State Dept., all came from Saudia Arabia, yet we send troops into Iraq. Then we go into Afganistan. Why? Bush had to look like he was doing something about it. Constitutionally, it’s not acceptable to go into other countries as we’ve done. The Patriot Act is not constitutional, the govt forcing banks to collect data for them is not constitutional. Our govt allowed the terrorists in, same as they are allowing the non-violent occupation by illegals. The govt is defined by our constitution to protect our soverienity but it is not. To cook a frog you must put it in a pot & heat the water slowly to a boil or the frog will jump out, that’s what they’re doing, we are the frogs.

Yes we have the BEST strip clubs, some of the best resturants, the BEST beaches, the BEST theme parks, and a generally good natured attitude with a bit of sarcasm for fun. Tampa Rocks!!

@SILAT- 300,000?? That’s it?! Texas is huge and on the border with cartels claiming more & more territory. I’m in FLA & we’ve got over a million “packing” here.

@Hillbillynny- Put your pipe down friend! NNY is also a cesspool of liberal cronies. Yeah a bunch of yahoos go hunting, but they have no respect for the constitution and generally lack any understanding of it. Sure the people are friendly, to your face, turn your back & it’s all about how to bring you down. You’ve got regular roadblocks by your “state police”, need special permission to OWN a handgun, you’ve got Social services (aka kids’ gestapo) in your schools, but tell me again how “conservative” NNY is?

  • January 20, 2012 at 7:39pm

@Jaycee NYC has the most stringent anti gun laws, all but police are forbidden to carry. But Outside is similar, you may own a long gun if you are a resident, but to obtain a permit to OWN a hand gun you must get special permission from the local sheriff. A lot of truck drivers going into Fort Drum had problems.

This is how we roll in Florida!!! Ha Ha seriously I don’t have a problem with it. My beef is watching cops sit under the trees waiting to tag ppl going to or from work, the damn red light cameras, and the new gestopo uniforms. Other than that- enjoy!

Seperatenow & Jrook- First do not buy the whole ” no doc loans brought the house down” BS, any loan/mortgage is guaranteed by the collateral ( house) so if I default on my loan/mtg the bank has been making higher interest from the loan start, & the house should sell for the amount owed. No this was much bigger than that. No docs have been around a long time, most self employed use them ( or did ) the problem was ppl can’t pay the mtg when they don’t have a job.

  • January 18, 2012 at 5:32pm

Yup every last damn illegal one of em!!!!! The legals ones not so much.

  • January 18, 2012 at 5:30pm

Well than sit your ass home and read a book sweetie- no one cares about a debate! When both parties are liars it doesn’t matter much what they say.

  • January 18, 2012 at 5:28pm

Yeah if his “people” are the illegals living in MY country collecting benifits from MY tax dollars and stealing MY jobs, then yes he listens to his people.

  • January 18, 2012 at 5:15pm

If the choice is Obama or Obama (white) then what does it matter?

  • January 18, 2012 at 5:14pm

Palin can go shove it!! I supported her, saw her speak twice & contributed to her PAC! But she’s a flipping fraud!! The whole damn lot of em should be rounded up & made to live in mexico with their beloved ppl! Newt wants amnesty so he can screw off! I will not vote for any candidate who suggests any sort of amnesty!

Frankly I don’t care if anyone thinks he’s a racist, or homophobe, if you are a white male you are automatically tagged that line regardless. I don’t care about Isreal, nor Iraq, nor China, & certainly not Mexico until it has something to do with America. I really wasn’t sure about Paul as a candidate, I kept hearing how he’s crazy, but I cannot find anything “crazy” coming from him. I will be voting for real sincere change come this primary & election. I want action on illegal immigration! I want sound fiscal policy. I want an end to paying foriegn aid! I will be voting Ron Paul!!

  • January 17, 2012 at 10:00am

I’d boo mexico, why not they encourage their people to illegally immigrate here, to receive welfare benefits, and work in our country to send money to mexico. Mexico is not our friend, they prefer their people to leave rather than clean up their country.

As a catholic trying to find a church, I went to several churches last year. I went every Sunday, I went on Holy days of obligation. I frankly got nothing from it. Some priests have such an accent it’s hard to understand what they’re saying, the singing is annoying, then they’ve got the entire congregation going up for Eurchrist…REALLY?!! All of you have been to confession? Liars!!!! The people act nice in church, but see them after it’s quite a change. I’m going to stick to praying and learning at home, I sleep in, I play with the kids, I enjoy the day and truly thank God for it.

I think Santorum truly believes in his anti-abortion stance, but I also think he’s a big government progressive RHINO. He almost can’t help it, he’s from the northeast which is all about government programs, government intervention. I think he’s been too far removed for too long from normal society that although he keeps his roots strong, he doesn’t get what the average American is dealing with. He does not understand that illegals have ruined many industries in this country, many neighborhoods, many schools. His family is removed from that reality, so it’s not a priority.

  • January 13, 2012 at 2:18pm

Yeah, 50K a year but “they’re doing the work Americans won’t do” my ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You so-called Americans had better clue the hell up- “how did our economy fall?” you ask, well all the jobs these illegals have robbed from fellow Americans have resulted in your neighbors losing their jobs, their homes, and their lives. Because YOU hired illegals, because YOU didn’t figure it would affect you. Well it affects all of us! When roofer Joe no longer has a job, his kids are no longer going to after school activities, the dentist, his wife no longer visits the salon, they don’t have internet, ect. ect. Eventually, it affects every one of us. We can boot them out, we need to boot them out. No Amensty, no worker programs, round them up & throw them out!
