No cop is going to stop the physical arrest when one yells they are not resisting. Every time one does not puts their own wrists in the handcuffs during an arrest it could be called resisting. No cop is going to let you go when you yell the arrest is illegal it is not like calling a bluff.

Would he. If he wants to be a girl that goes with guys, one has to think he is a gay man trapped in a mans body. The image of a female teen would do nothing for him, but seeing the teen boys in the boys shower would make him raise the flag poll.
Maybe IT is a lesbian homosexual male who wants to ---well I am not really sure. I am confused. Like he/she/it must be. Oh, God! I am a lesbian!

Does that happen all the time that once someone has made it too the plane they can come up to you regardless of color and tell you to get off. All because they messed up and let you pass the gate in the first place when they should not have.

If the dog bit a fed ex driver dropping off something when they opened the door he would have been put down under rule of the state.

And if in 3 days they find a the body of someone dragged from the car and murdered in the house is it still not the cops business to find out why a car door was left open.
Is that the only defense of him you have? A what if scenario? You know…What IF i won the lottery?? what IF you were born smart? What IF life was fair?
Go back to watching NCIS or some other police drama, which is obviously where you got that example from..
So, everyone with their door open should have a cop inspecting why? If I burn something on the stove I'll open the door to air things out. What is the evidence that something illegal is going on? Should a cop be running into my house to inspect my burnt bread. Come on, we can't have cops running around like they rule the world.

Just because the media does not report every time a dog bites a mail carrier does not mean it never happens.
I'm sure it does happen. To the tune of 6000 dog bites on letter carriers last year alone.
However, they are still able to do their jobs without killing every dog they encounter. In fact, a letter carrier who did kill a dog (hit a Yorkshire terrier with a rock) last year did face a grand jury -- though he did escape indictment.
Now let the mail carrier carry a baton... I bet that number changes. The difference is that the mail carrier is obligated to attempt to deliver the mail where the cop is obligated to make sure the situation is secure. They are in no way in the same area of comparison. The mail carrier couldn't care less if someone broke into that house, therefore his tension was not high.

He should be suspended as long as it takes for the injured player is able to play again.
I agree completely. These deliberate injury causing plays need to stop.
Five years ago the St. Louis Cardinals and the Cinncinnati Reds got into a big fight. Johnny Cueto kicked the heck out of Jason LaRue because he claimed, “I feared for my life.” That was total BS. The next day in an interview someone said that LaRue’s back looked like he had been put on a human sized waffle iron. As a direct result of his injuries, his career came to an end. What happened to Cueto? Five game suspension…..missed only one start as a pitcher. It still irks me to see Cueto pitch knowing he ended the career of another player. Cueto should have been banned from baseball as this was a deliberately inflicted injury.

Just like the gun free zone signs. If someone wants to do that the sign on the door is not going to stop them. They may just be in more trouble when they are caught as they can’t plead they did not do that if they are not even suppose to be in the room.

The response should be a copy of the payment to ASCAP for right to play the song. Trump knows branding and is smart enough to pay for the rights over just playing a copy off someones iPhone.

Section 1. After one year from the ratification of this article the manufacture, sale, or transportation of firearms within, the importation thereof into, or the exportation thereof from the United States and all the territory subject to the jurisdiction thereof is hereby prohibited.
Section 2. The Congress and the several States shall have concurrent power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
Then what. How would any legislation get 350 million guns and trillions of bullets off the street. It is not like liquor and prohibition but the left really think it would be. Once you drink the liquor is it gone but even if they ban guns someone would make some bathtub gunpowder the same way one made bathtub gin.
Even if it did "work" there would then be mass stabbings and no way to defend yourself. Control does not work. Self defense and the “threat” of self defense does. Criminals will always be criminals and criminality has been around far before the advent of firearms.

Why did they have to customize it from what TV guide would say or what Disney printed on the DVD or even VHS case. Then when someone goes social justice warrior on Netflix they can blame Disney or a TV guide from 1998.

This murder suicide should not count at a school shooting for the gun grabbers as it was a targeted murder and could have happened anywhere but it will be.

Just like the pilot burnt in the cage the fire leads up to the people on a line of flaming gasoline. Each one gets their own line. It makes it all the way to the legs of the swing set the screen cap is just before it gets there. They are drenched in gasoline so they get engulfed. One struggles when he is on fire until he stops moving.

The whole thing is for show, voluntary and just kicks the can down the road. This judge is only there for around 6 months because he is at age of mandatory retirement and this order has no law that one can challenge if the DA decides their warrant is still valid. Those with warrants will still have to answer the crime that they got the warrant for. They get a new court date they are need to freely go to court over a warrant that makes the cops drag them to court. If they miss that new one they will then just get a new arrest warrant.
Very few people realize what you just pointed out. Kicking the can down the road is a good way to put it.

Not according to Mexican immigration laws That is why they would be splitting up families. The kids would have to immigrate to Mexico as they are not citizen of Mexico no matter where on earth they are born. Only American does that.
that's not true.
if your parents are born in Mexico, you are considered Mexican by birth, regardless of where you are born.
it's right in their constitution:
Trump said he'd work with these families. Never ever being able to vote in lieu of a legal visa for the criminal parents. Kids must take Civic and citizenship classes and ALL must learn English!
also: Canadian citizenship is automatic if one of your parents was born in Canada:
You need to read the Mexican constitution articles3-32-33-34
If born of Mexican parents they will be dual citizens.

They cry of breaking up families because the immigration laws of where they came from will not let the kids born in America in. No crying from President Trump will force other countries to change their birthright citizenship and immigration laws. If a kid with Mexican parents is born in America they don’t get Mexican citizenship along with American citizenship. The best example is that no person born from palestinian decent in a Jordan refugee camp can ever become a Jordain citizen. Yet if an person with American decent is born in Jordan they are automatically American.
That's a damned lie. Children born to Mexican Citizens are automatically Mexican Citizens, regardless of where they are born. That's why there are so damned many people here with DUAL Mexican / American Citizenship. I know people who have been American Citizens for three and four generations, yet they always go to their Mexican properties to give birth, so the kids will have Mexican Citizenship and be eligible to own land in Mexico.
Welcome to the stupid room TJ you won your credentials
check out the Mexican constitution articles 31-32-33-34
Any person born to Mexican citizens are Mexican citizens
In the case of being born here in the US they would be dual citizens
If they are left here it is because of the parents choice, then they should jail them for abandonment

Iran does not have to build a nuke equivalent to the million tonnes of TNT, just one with a 21 tonnes of TNT warhead does this much damage and the loss of life would have been more if done on a soft target over the night shift at a ship yard.

Just how does the whole racial profiling work. A cop looks to see the color of the driver before they pull them over for the traffic violation. If they are white, they don’t pull them over or something but then if they are black they pull them over even if there is no traffic violation. Just how many of the 1500+ acted like Bland and claimed they did nothing wrong.
It seems like way more work than just pulling someone over when they do something wrong. I would think that laziness trumps any racial agenda.

So how will this apply to a stop and frisk. The person was just walking down the street not crossing it just walking and the cops do a legal Terry Stop. The cops then find a gun and weed during the frisk and the person is off to jail for years. Why did none of their lawyers use this defense and the stop, frisk and all stops by police were found to be unconstitutional.
How about all the cases of someone who was driving and the cops pull them over for missing a front plate and find 200 pounds of weed in the truck. That would be tossed out because the cops had no reason to look in the trunk for a traffic stop. They have no reason to call a dog to smell the trunk for drugs.
How about the guy that was violated with the butt probed to find drugs. Even if they found drugs they could not use them as evidence as they did not know he could have had them when he was stopped.
This will get over turned on appeal when they go to another judge that can find his butt with a map.
The cops can't just "Terry stop" anyone. They need to have legit reason. That's the problem here. Their reasons weren't legit. Stop and frisk IS unconstitutional when the police don't have sufficient cause.
If the law requires a front plate, then there's a reason to stop but there's no reason to search the trunk just based on that.
A person may not violated with a cavity search without cause.
This will not be overturned on appeal. You seem to be hostile toward our basic Constitutional rights. It's all too common these days among the left-wing, state worshipers.
TJexcite, you are woefully ill-informed–that’s the polite way of saying “you have no idea what you’re talking about,” which really is just a nicer version of “you’re an idiot.” I don’t mean to attack you personally, I just have very little patience for willful ignorance.
Since you want to deal in hypotheticals, let’s do this. In the case of someone being pulled over for missing a front plate, as Since.I.Gave.Up.Hope pointed out, that traffic violation would be the officer’s reasonable suspicion for pulling him over. From there, the cop could arrest the person for any contraband that is in plain view in the passenger compartment, but the more common scenario is one in which the stupid criminal actually consents to having his vehicle searched and the contraband is found in the trunk. And if the officer has consent to conduct a search, there is no constitutional violation.
You’re obviously not a lawyer, so please stop pretending to be.
