    28th amendment

Section 1. After one year from the ratification of this article the manufacture, sale, or transportation of firearms within, the importation thereof into, or the exportation thereof from the United States and all the territory subject to the jurisdiction thereof is hereby prohibited.

Section 2. The Congress and the several States shall have concurrent power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

Then what. How would any legislation get 350 million guns and trillions of bullets off the street. It is not like liquor and prohibition but the left really think it would be. Once you drink the liquor is it gone but even if they ban guns someone would make some bathtub gunpowder the same way one made bathtub gin.

Why did they have to customize it from what TV guide would say or what Disney printed on the DVD or even VHS case. Then when someone goes social justice warrior on Netflix they can blame Disney or a TV guide from 1998.

This murder suicide should not count at a school shooting for the gun grabbers as it was a targeted murder and could have happened anywhere but it will be.

Just like the pilot burnt in the cage the fire leads up to the people on a line of flaming gasoline. Each one gets their own line. It makes it all the way to the legs of the swing set the screen cap is just before it gets there. They are drenched in gasoline so they get engulfed. One struggles when he is on fire until he stops moving.

The whole thing is for show, voluntary and just kicks the can down the road. This judge is only there for around 6 months because he is at age of mandatory retirement and this order has no law that one can challenge if the DA decides their warrant is still valid. Those with warrants will still have to answer the crime that they got the warrant for. They get a new court date they are need to freely go to court over a warrant that makes the cops drag them to court. If they miss that new one they will then just get a new arrest warrant.

Not according to Mexican immigration laws That is why they would be splitting up families. The kids would have to immigrate to Mexico as they are not citizen of Mexico no matter where on earth they are born. Only American does that.

They cry of breaking up families because the immigration laws of where they came from will not let the kids born in America in. No crying from President Trump will force other countries to change their birthright citizenship and immigration laws. If a kid with Mexican parents is born in America they don’t get Mexican citizenship along with American citizenship. The best example is that no person born from palestinian decent in a Jordan refugee camp can ever become a Jordain citizen. Yet if an person with American decent is born in Jordan they are automatically American.

Iran does not have to build a nuke equivalent to the million tonnes of TNT, just one with a 21 tonnes of TNT warhead does this much damage and the loss of life would have been more if done on a soft target over the night shift at a ship yard.

Just how does the whole racial profiling work. A cop looks to see the color of the driver before they pull them over for the traffic violation. If they are white, they don’t pull them over or something but then if they are black they pull them over even if there is no traffic violation. Just how many of the 1500+ acted like Bland and claimed they did nothing wrong.

So how will this apply to a stop and frisk. The person was just walking down the street not crossing it just walking and the cops do a legal Terry Stop. The cops then find a gun and weed during the frisk and the person is off to jail for years. Why did none of their lawyers use this defense and the stop, frisk and all stops by police were found to be unconstitutional.

How about all the cases of someone who was driving and the cops pull them over for missing a front plate and find 200 pounds of weed in the truck. That would be tossed out because the cops had no reason to look in the trunk for a traffic stop. They have no reason to call a dog to smell the trunk for drugs.

How about the guy that was violated with the butt probed to find drugs. Even if they found drugs they could not use them as evidence as they did not know he could have had them when he was stopped.

This will get over turned on appeal when they go to another judge that can find his butt with a map.

Nothing the officer did caused her death and the family is pissed about it as only she is to blame for her death.

Then support Todd Akin no matter what he says. The GOP establishment pulled out her chair for her to sit down at her senate desk when they tossed Akin under the bus.

They want full integration of kids with ADHD, autism and other learning difficulties in a class with “normal” kids but no way to handle then when they misbehave in ways that “normal” kids do not. Giving a kid a hug and time out will not stop them from kicking.

Does that mean they are going to look in every box they ship from Africa. If they look for animal parts they should also look for the drugs they try to smuggle under suitcase liner.

$1 dollar condom is somehow cheaper than a $40 dollar pill. Just because it is being used does not mean that all of them having unprotected sex are going to become pregnant if they did not take it. Is there also an increase in STDs if they have the unprotected sex that they need a ‘plan B”.

Why do I get the feeling that they did more to that car than just log in to the wireless internet system to hack into it.

Every murder needs a motive, what would be the reason for the police killed her. If the new autopsy comes back that she died of asphyxiation then what. Go for a third, or fourth until they find some “expert” that can show that she died at someone else hands and not her own.

At WUSA they give the reason. It was being cleaned and not operational at the time, what every that means.

Had to look at the original source to find out why was he refused to use the restroom. It was being cleaned. That is a dumb reason to have the whole male restroom closed unless it was flooded. It still does not explain why he needed to ask. See the male closed and it is an emergency would anyone have issues if the dad had to take his little girl to the women’s, if they could see the men’s is out of order.

The first paragraph should be rewritten. “but he didn’t quite have enough time to jump off the tracks himself.” implies that he got hit and killed by the train. Which I thought he did until I read farther on. He has all the time he needed to run to safety. Something along the lines that.. A grandfather heroically rushed to save a toddler who had fallen in front of an oncoming train, but he was unable to jump back onto the the platform himself, so he was forced to run to the end of the station’s track to avoid the oncoming train.
