Who brought the Stock market back? The Fed has been printing unsupported dollars and pumping them into the market to keep it artificially high. JRook, please tell me you did not study Econ.

And you think he shouldn’t be asking these questions? And you think nobody should be held responsible? If you are a liberal nobody should ever question your failed work?

Why should Clancy be expected to know anything? The smartest guy in Washington, and possible the entire world, President Obama, always has the same come back every time something bad happens- “I am just hearing about this now. I heard it on the news”. How in the world does Obama always get a pass every time he makes that claim?

captain– Do you understand what a filibuster is? Cruz used the filibuster to shut down a gov’t that was continuing to spend far more then it was taking in and was in the process of running up a $18 trillion debt. Sounds like a good use of a filibuster. Remember the filibuster Al Gore’s father used to try to shut down the Civil Rights Act?

Hey captain, how is it you missed six years of the most crazy comments coming out of the White House? Just because Saturday Night Live and the Late Night hosts don’t utilize the current White House insanity for their so called humor, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.
Cruz was Manga *** laude at both Princeton and Harvard Law. Was a national debate champion and has argued many cases (and won) in front of the Supreme Court. Yet he is crazy? Obama was what?
TriGeek, the leftist loonies are absolutely frightened by Ted Cruz. As you pointed out, Cruz is a brilliant Constitutional scholar who actually knows and revere's the Constitution; who argued cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, and who Alan Dershowitz called one of the most brilliant minds he ever taught at Princeton. As you know, Dershowitz is not exactly a Conservative so that's saying something. Yes, the left is frightened, and they should be.

I would hire you!

Everywhere in the world you will find people like that. You want to see REAL racial divide, go to liberal bastions like Boston, New York, and Los Angeles. Flyover country is some of the most inclusive places you will find in the US.

We should all tell the IRS that we will not pay until all IRS employees pay all their back taxes.

In my college days back in the late 70′s, my black teammates on the track team could walk into any night club in town and they were treated like rock stars. On the one occasion I accompanied those same teammates to a “black” nightclub, I can guarantee I was NOT treated very well. It didn’t take long for my teammates to recommend that we head for an alternative club. I shrugged if off, but I remember how embarrassed my black friends were.
Yes most biracial bars don't care what you look like but if your white and go to a black bar they give disgusting looks.
It just shows how ignorant people of all colors can be in response to what they don't try understand

So posting an open letter ion a website is now treason?? Which Constitution did you pull that from? By the way Hormel, did you call Clinton for treason when he sold a bunch of top secret military items to the Chinese back in the 90′s? And you wonder why the Clinton Foundation is always brimming with Chinese money.
Treason is defined as giving aid to the enemy. Clearly the letter helps our enemies. That is treason.

Should have answered back, can anybody name ANY of the 100′s of blacks killed in Chicago last year at the hands of other blacks? Black lives only seem to matter to the left if they were killed by a police officer. Black on black murders—–not so much.

I am pretty sure he said Southern “Democrats”- Nothing conservative about that.

Palin’s line was absolutely correct, so you call her an imbecile. Hillary Clinton said “what difference does it make” about our dead ambassador and soldiers and you think she is the “most brilliant woman in the world”. You folks on the left have a strange grading system. I suppose you have no problem with her taking in Millions from foreign investors. Gosh , I wonder what she has promised them in return?

Oh, so you read the full policy? Funny, they wouldn’t let any of the public or Congress read it before they passed it. Explain this—If it is such a great thing, why would they not want the public to read and understand it first? When Obama and all lefties call something “neutral”, you know it is just the opposite. Since when has the left EVER wanted people on the right to be heard?

Gob bless you Mr. Shaw. My heart goes out to you over your tragic and senseless loss.

Cephisus- so in your opinion, what should he have done, say nothing? He is doing what he was sent there to do- speak out for the people he represents and honor the Constitution and the law
He does nothing, votes for the Speaker. They are worthless and weak. Gowdy will not tell the truth about Benghazi or any of the lawlessness in Washington. The Republicans and the Democrats are a right step then a left step toward Fascism. The Corporatism and their own largess is more important to the Republicans than America.

Verycobalt- Actually I know all about legacy admissions- I was an assistant director of admissions at a competitive liberal arts college for eight years. What is your experience? The Ivy’s are actually quite easy to get into as an undergrad if you have special connections. The Grad-level admissions is usually quite different, and are not nearly as likely to let anyone in. They can’t afford to lose their ranking.

In 50 years, “W” will be seen as having had weaknesses, but overall a good solid president who served honorably. Primarily because the current hard-left biased press will not be making the judgments. They will be able to see clearly that it was Bush that warned about the dangers of the ridiculous home loan situation that was pushed through by Democrats. Bush has been painted as a big spender, but I wonder how much of that spending was forced on him by the effects of needing to respond to 9-11. Don’t forget, that happened less than a year after he took office, and he was forced do develop entire programs that had not been considered before 9/11.

NOBODY gets into Harvard Business School without smarts. They wouldn’t be able to retain their ranking if they just let in the rich & famous.
Here is an interesting fact that “elbee2012″ forgot to mention- Bush’s first competitor for the White House was Gore, who flunked out of seminary school. Bush’s second run was against the Dem’s favorite Vietnam veteran John Kerry, who claims to have been a serious and mature student at Yale, while Bush had no qualms about saying he was not serious at Yale- Whoops, when compared the serious Kerry’s grades were worse than goof ball Bush. Yet the press called Bush stupid while Kerry and Gore were painted as serious and intelligent. Please explain elbee.
