‘Surprised I’m the Only Person Wearin a Bandana’: ‘Duck Dynasty’ Stars at the WH Correspondents’ Dinner!
April 29, 2013 at 11:00am
At the end of their latest duck men DVD, Willie says, I’m Willie Robertson and I’m going to run for president, then he grins like it might be a joke. Maybe it wasn’t and this is his warm up tour.

I’m in the same boat as you are with two smaller kids 11 and 7, I have taken to having the remote close at hand when Phil is talking to Kay or when he is giving his grandsons a hard time. The other 99% of the show is fully acceptable to me for my children to watch. I still believe it is the best show on television. It is even cleaner than America’s Funniest Videos which at times disappoints me. Finding quality television is difficult. I don’t mind seeing the flirting and if my kids were teenagers, I wouldn’t mind them seeing it. Just keep that mute button close, that’s my game.
BLAZE EXCLUSIVE: USDA Whistleblower Speaks Out About Controversial ‘Cultural Sensitivity Training’ Seminar
February 20, 2013 at 10:53am
You keep speaking out! Don’t quit, I won’t either. Just because we are govt employees, doesn’t mean we can’t call out crap when we see it. I’m wore out with all this inclusive brainwashing B.S. The white male around here is refered to as an “AWG” another white guy. When the high muckity mucks want something done, they call on us AWG’s, when they start talking sensitivity and diversity, they won’t even look at us and God forbid if we apply for a job against a minority. No chance at all. The whole world is reversed from how it should be around here. Hard work, perseverance, good attitude, not appreciated.
BLAZE EXCLUSIVE: USDA Whistleblower Speaks Out About Controversial ‘Cultural Sensitivity Training’ Seminar
February 20, 2013 at 8:03am
I work for the USDA. This kind of stuff is shoved on us like a Cat D11R High Track (big bull dozer). Mandatory this and sensitivity that, cultural transformation, celebrations of diversity, blah, blah, blah. Makes the majority of us want to scream. All the while our agency ranks nearly at the bottom of every survey of satisfaction among govt. employees. You see the thing is, I’m just a hard working field guy that busts **** most days and wants to see the fruits of my labor, yet my agency, the U.S. Forest Service is falling farther and farther into disarray. The management level jobs are becoming more common and technician jobs are getting outsourced to contractors. It won’t be long before the USFS is made up entirely of office idiots that never go to the forest. That work where you get dirty and where insects might bite you is beneath these lazy, self righteous, jerks. They are so busy having conferences and trainings on being inclusive and spending so much money trying to prove they aren’t racist, that we don’t have the money for tools to work with anymore. I think I’ve said enough, but this story hits close to home.
