  Its not racist. Its a statistical fact that black crime is disproportionately higher then that of any other race in this country while they are still a minority. Black males between 18-29 are 8-9 times more likely to commit violent crimes and be incarcerated then any other race. In 2011 7.6% of all black males living in the US were incarcerated while only 3% of Hispanic males were incarcerated, and less then 1% of Whites were incarcerated. Now, go ahead and call the US Census Beareau and Wikipedia “Racist”. Sorry, facts dont lie. You can try and indoctrinate the kids today into not believing this, but I personally will be teaching mine the truth. Sorry if that offends someone. Perhaps, if more blacks were offended, they’d change those statistics.

  After watching that video, I am convinced that the best defense for rape IS NOT a firearm! Ladies, leave your Smith and Wesson at home! Go and get a mask made of that Democrat biaches face made (the one on the advisory panel) and wear it on campus! I promise you, NO ONE will approach you no matter how hard you try! That woman is so ugly, she could run around the ghetto butt naked, trading food stamps for sex, blowing a “wolf whistle” (instead of a rape whistle), and no one would touch her nasty arse! This is not someone you want advising you of your right of self defense against a rapist as she clearly can not relate to the possibility of the experience! No living creature equipped with a penis would mount that beast for anything! I’d rather masturbate with a cheese grater! I really need to go to some of these meetings and give these fools a piece of my mind! IM missing my calling I think!

  I also am a mechanic and shop owner for over 25 years. Even if he couldnt put the car into neutral and shut off the engine, he still could have manually shifted the transmission into low and gradually applied the emergency brake to stop. Theres no way youre going over 25 mph in low gear in a Hyundai. He may have been good at high speed maneuvers, but seriously, this kid did not understand the workings of a car.

  Folks, lets be honest here. None of us want to see the home owner charged or get possible jail time, BUT he DID act irresponsibly. I would have even supported him shooting the guy while he was running away (and even thats kinda dirty), but shooting at the car driving through the neighborhood? Seriously, with a .357 mag, he could have killed an innocent person asleep in their bed. Now, had he been using a 9mm with frangible ammo, I would say he thought about the safety of his neighbors a little. My nighttable gun is a .40 Springfield XDM with frangible ammo in it. Why frangibles? So in the event I miss (highly unlikely), my rounds wont go through walls into my neighbors house. They’ll disintegrate by the time they get through the plywood. I DO hope the guy gets off with a slap on the wrist. I could see him being forced to take a gun safety course, and maybe some community service say at a hospital helping out with people recovering from gun shot wounds. On a side note, for the perp, nice Irish name. Im wondering if he was even legal!
