  • Obama WH corrects its own Bible gaffe

    November 2, 2011 at 10:53pm

Yet another time that Benjamin Franklin has been elevated to Bible-writer status. Sorry BO, et. al. This famous quote is from the Farmer’s Almanac. Unless maybe it’s in the black liberation version of the Bible…I haven’t read that one. I’d have to go ask Obama’s old pastor.

  • That’s like saying “an amazing number of sexually active women turned up pregnant last year.” As if it’s a mystery how such a thing happens.

  • “Youth Earth creationism?” HAHA….you mean “young Earth!” As in – NOT millions of years old.

What…you mean my baby *can’t* read? I want my money back.

  • Florida’s not the only state where you can get pulled over and/or ticketed for flashing high beams. Shoot – you can even get pulled over for communicating with truckers using your lights or brake lights in Illinois. (Quel Suprise, Eh?)

A lot of truckers won’t use their lights anymore because of bullheaded cops on a rampage like this. That’s dangerous in my book.

  • Ann Coulter Is Still Holding Out For Chris Christie

So? Duncan Hunter was the best candidate last time, and the voters were too distracted to notice. It almost doesn’t even matter. Who has the most money? That’s who’s going to win. Duncan Hunter was fantastic, but he had almost no money and no name recognition. Ann did what she could to help him out.

  • I don’t always like her, but I usually agree with her!

  • So…is Ron Paul done being a lunatic? I swear unless he stops talking like a freak he will never win. Just because he’s getting older and looks more distinguished than he did in years past, he’s still a loser from way back and rarely makes any sense. If the Libertarians would ever run a decent candidate they might just win.

  • Why bother posting the results like that? Don’t you realize that now those charts will be bastardized and broadcast as an accurate poll of Blaze readers? The left never use anything in context. Thanks for adding to the problem. Ugh.

  • It’s not just Catholic hospitals that would be ineligible for an exemption, said Jeanne Monahan, a policy expert at the conservative Family Research Council. “Any religious group that is not focused on proselytizing will not receive this exemption,” she said. “Educational institutions, groups that are focused on serving the homeless, feeding the hungry, they won’t receive it.”

So, Christian schools and colleges too? How about they only provide it for married women? That might be a compromise. But I resent the fact that they are acting like if it’s not free, it’s not available. That’s stupid. It’s been available to all these people all this time, just not free – paid for by their employers. Libs sure can turn a phrase to create a need.
