Spqr1, sounds a bit like your channeling O’Reilly there. I’m a bit surprised but really she’s been needed to be called out for years now. But saying that Obama’s villification of the rich to get rich and maintain his status is not like Oprahs castigation of the same all the while maintaining a lifestyle that any rich white person would be proud shows the hypocrisy and stark bi-polarism that demagogues revell in. In stark contrast to the successful working people of the world Oprah/Obama and their ilk have none of the attributes of what it actually means to build and maintain a society, skilled artisans they are not. They are only skilled at one thing, taking from the so-called “rich” which in fact is simply you and I.

Nah, there are just too many gullible people in the world looking for the easy way out. Obama is Moses to all the indigent of the world and like Oprah offers a free wealth certificate or get out of life card. The travesty is that people really need help and the likes of Obama, Oprah, Jon Stewart, etc are clueless as to how to accomplish that. They already know that, but hey getting rich, being wealthy is their thing not what most hard working Americans I know that built this great nation. Simply compare what Oprah and Obama have done and the parallels are similar, take from the rich, take from the rich, keep most for myself and hoolligans, give a few crumbs out here, villify the rich, and again, take from the rich, etc, etc. The “rich” being you and I of course.

Can you name anything she has actually contributed to make the world a better place besides using the money she conned from the gullible to give away to charities. Most people give to charities and have been giving for 100′s of years we don’t need Oprahs ill begotten gains for anything. So exactly what has she done, be concise, no babbling.

No Moderate, she was and is a huckster. You’re trying to compare a hard working individual who honestly succeeded in life to someone who used any means possible to succeed by feeding garbage to women for years. Yes, it was 99.9% audience of women who felt Oprah empowered them when in fact Oprah was simply using them. There’s no lack of charlatans who are willing to listen to you whine, make you feel important and take your money. After all Oprah has exactly what to offer other than a total bitch session on TV. She has no skills, so she turns to hucksterism. Yes, all women should be proud as she emulates the worst of what a civilized society can produce, the ability to get rich and still offer nothing but the same money she conned from gullible people like yourself.

I’d be shocked if the gunman in this mural stayed looking not white for long. Simply looks more black, arab then any white or latino person. She goofed, skin tone on MLK and the gunman are the same.

@42, at 300 mph a pebble(depending on size) or bug (distractions) can easily have caused the driver to lose control. Otherwise anyone who thinks going “triple digits” such as yourself would do it. Your ignorance is no longer in doubt.

FREEBERTY, absolute unmitigated BS. It is not hypocritical to pay taxes and want the gov’t not to murder babies. The Hyde Amendment specifically prohibits uses federal funds for abortions (that’s tax dollars called Medicaid). As we speak spineless cowards like yourself work to overturn the Hyde Amendment to ensure the murder and blood continues. Hypocrisy reigns with the left cowards as they seek to rob citizens of the 2nd Amendment but block any attempts to pass common sense legislation on abortion. Hypocrisy further exists on the left by both men and women for the obvious downward spiraling effect abortion has on society not only by allowing the murder of children but further enslaving women by allowing fathers to not be forced to be responsible to them. Not one of the unborn murdered would have effected society one iota less if left to be born, just inconvenient for cowards like yourself never willing to take responsibility. The bloodied sword is in your hand not ours.

“P”NIS, clearly you chose your handle to invoke outrage just like the billboard was intended to do. Stop trying to psycho-babble everyone. Atheists main target is Christians not Muslims so most of you’re points regarding philosphy vs religion register as nothing more than false indignation. So don’t believe in God, that’s your problem, don’t pretend that we have to care or your “hurt” and “offended” by every religious symbol you see. You’re just another self-servng SIG that constantly makes war to fulfill your own agenda. Once you get your version of God out of the public arena (by then it’s too late anyway), you won’t stop, then you’ll want to re-educate everyone into Eugenics. Stop whining and crying and excusing your way through life and just don’t believe but leave others alone.

Slammo, etc. I can’t stop laughing. Implementing Sharia law isn’t “noticeable”, a call to prayer over loudspeakers in a city isn’t “noticeable”, suing a company for the right to wear a “hijab” or placing “footbaths” in public isn’t noticeable.,etc. All of these are very public and one way or another will effect the “public” and require “public” funds to maintain or deal with. Arguing for arguments sake to keep vilifying your favorite religion doesn’t change the fact that you hate Christianity. I find equally laughable that coyly claim you don’t care about religion as long as it’s not using public funds. Right and I’ll just bet you don’t start spewing hate and drooling when passing a church and seeing those ignorant masses.

Your kind of selective logic doesn’t see the irony in allowing public funds for abortions and yet desiring to restrict them for charitable faith based organizations that fulfill a tremendous need in society. Faith based organizations aren’t all about preaching and sermons, mostly it’s about doing. Your kind just likes to focus in on the hate part to get more traction for your cause. Ever heard of World Vision or many other organizations like them doing charitable work all over the world. Yeah we leave it up to your ilk and Eugenics and guys like Hitler would be in charge in every other country in the world.

@NoUseForLogic, obviously you don’t or you wouldn’t spout nonsense.

The “bible” never said to create and perpetuate a welfare class, never said a man should eat for free forever, never said to allow immigrants to get a free pass and take jobs from our countrymen so another another liberal voting bloc could be created, never said to bailout banks (the moneychangers), never said to put a country on the brink of financial ruin by adding 5 trillion to the national debt in 3 years, never said to perpetuate a failed medical system by forcing all to pay for it, etc, etc, etc.

The bible also stated that by a mans fruits ye shall know me. Ford automotive company the one that did not take the bailout, yeah that one. The one that financially is doing better than GM. Of course now GM needs another bailout to survive. Or maybe you’ve heard of Chick-FilA, another successful Christian company being demonized. I don’t remember Obama supporting Chick-FilA publicly or did he pray for them behind closed doors?

Ever heard of homosexuality, you know that Obama now supports? I don’t recall the Bible advocating that or do you have the new age version?

I doubt most intelligent people need psychological babbling from either the left, right or you to know that Obama’s about as good for this country as Jimmy Carter.

Apparently, you really do have a need for some common sense and giant dose of logic.

@oldog, what do you think? It’s called trolling for comments.

  • August 23, 2012 at 7:22am

NeverMind, how appropriate a name for you. You cannot write properly and the thought process used to explain your viewpoint is clearly unintelligible. However, D’souza obviously has expertise in Christianity and when he theorizes that Obama’s views are not mainstream Christian I doubt you’d get an argument from most anyone. That said, Romney has not taken the country to the brink of collapse, so really he’s not the problem this election. Try again, harder next time.

Day 1: I said it was faked.

    + 1 month: Totally shocked!

Oh well my faith in the human race at least remains consistent.

You’re a bit too stressed and overly defensive about the accurate descriptions of you as a moron. But don’t worry, there’s a solution, I can just use my mighty sword of righteousness to lop your head off. Now, there see, really simple tough guy.

What Maher forgets is that America represents the very antithesis of what he believes and states everyday. The very proof of our tolerance and forgiveness is that he still is allowed to speak. He has selective memory and forgets that many counter-culturists of the 60′s grew up to be business barrons. I think we’re a little afar from “I Have a Dream”. Unfortunately his generation and followers are intent are crushing all dreams while of course deluding the masses while they live in luxury.
