    Let me first comment, I am a retired soldier, NRA Instructor, CCH Instructor and FFL Holder. Taking all the politics out of this story and what we feel about the unjust tactics of what took place, the bottom line is, he was wrong. We argue that we are law abiding citizens and feel that our constitution is in danger but this individual is indeed a criminal. First, like it or not, the magazines are illegal in NY. Second, the magazines in his possession were Government Property which he stole and was attempting to illegally sell. Face the fundamental fact here, wrong is wrong.
