My name is Troy Dulude and I’m from Minnesota. I support the Constitution with every fiber of my being and recognize the Bill of Rights as rights we are born with, not because we are Americans but because we are human beings. I oppose our actions in the middle east, Obama care, gun control, the federal reserve… I believe corporations are not people. I believe the system is corrupt. I believe politicians are not above the law. I believe our president is out of control, as was the previous. The solution starts with your states, demand your states declare sovereignty. This does not mean secede!! It means stick to the Constitution: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people (the 10th amendment). Read the Constitution and stand up for it. Stop voting the same people in who would destroy it or sell you down the river for big bank or big business agenda. Demand change and be ready to fight for it. There has never been a time in our history since the Declaration of Independence where it has been more important to sever political ties, to stand up and shout, “I AM A HUMAN BEING, I AM FREE AND MY VOICE MATTERS!”. This is a republic, our government was designed to represent the majority while defending the minority from oppression. This is America, land of the free and home of the brave. Don’t tread on me.

The talk always circles around to, protect the children, protect the individual. Pad all the corners in the world and keep anything bad from happening. Can’t people see where that leads? The second amendment is there to protect the whole, the nation, the constitution. With out it the other ones are meaningless, when they decide the first, the third, the forth, the fifth… don’t apply anymore either, holding that piece of paper in the air isn’t going to stop them.

SIMPLETRUTHS, there has been “peace time” since the end of WWII, se haven’t declared war since 1941, which is _another_ reason our forefathers opposed standing armies. So presidents couldn’t run amuck with our military. These things are supposed to require an act of congress.

you know generally i do not agree with her, she is ill informed and spreads misinformation
i have to stand with her on this one
on a side note, criminal records are public information, as are all court records with exceptions like for instance the need to protect a minor

i am a straight man, i find the idea of homosexuality unnatural and a little repulsive
but only when i think about it in terms relating to me
what two people choose is their choice and it isnt my place to label it right or wrong
and provided they are adults and consenting, nor is it the governments
the use of the word marriage is not fitting, marriage is based in religion and the bible is very clear about how god feels about that
that being said i should also state i am not a religious person
i find her responses belittling and insulting
if two people want to declare domestic union and share their life as a couple, i honestly couldnt care less and i believe they have the right to do so
and i dont mean should have the right, i mean _do_ have the right, but like many other rights, the government ignores them, refuses to acknowledge them or flat out denies them

“Gentlemen, I have had men watching you for a long time and I am convinced that you have used the funds of the bank to speculate in the breadstuffs of the country. When you won, you divided the profits amongst you, and when you lost, you charged it to the bank. You tell me that if I take the deposits from the bank and annul its charter, I shall ruin ten thousand families. That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin! Should I let you go on, you will ruin fifty thousand families, and that would be my sin!

You are a den of vipers and thieves. I intend to rout you out, and by the Eternal God, I will rout you out… If people only understood the rank injustice of the money and banking system, there would be a revolution by morning.”

    Andrew Jackson

“The few who understand the system, will either be so interested from it’s profits or so dependant on it’s favors, that there will be no opposition from that class.” — Rothschild Brothers of London, 1863

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

    seems pretty cut and dry
understand history folks, and the reason we are a country in the first place
had king george won our war of independence our forefathers would have been labeled traitors and terrorists
we have free speech because they wanted to be sure we always had a voice, regardless of what it is we wanted to say, who we wanted to say it to, what we were talking about or how we chose to say it
on a side note, the reason we have the right to bear arms is because we needed and used them to overthrow our then, “rightful government”, they wanted to be sure we had the power to do it again should need arise
    http://www.ratical.org/co-globalize/BillOfRights.html#1
the beauty of our constitution is it is amendable, they knew they did not create the perfect government and the need to amend it was anticipated
the beauty of the first 10 amendments was the clear and short language used

is the idea of a speed trap to slow people down or collect taxes? this man slowed people down, he did the right thing and should not be punished
“hey, theres a cop ahead” is free speech regardless of the form of communication used
