I stood with thousands of Americans across the country to protest the passage of Obamacare. I stood in line to vote for every republican on the ballot. Chief Justice John Roberts cast one vote to inflict Obamacare on all of us. I’m still angry and have no intention of swooning over a publicity stunt by Ted Cruz that only stokes his ego.

I’m glad that Ms. Dang was rescued and will recover. The photos of people of different nationalities aiding each other during the attack made a powerful statement.

The Wall Street Journal demoted “General” Cruz. Cruz charged into a box canyon but blames everyone who didn’t follow. His leadership style resembles that of Obama.
Keep Smoking/Drinking... the Mj-Kool aid Garbage-in Garbage-out ...!!! The suits will see that you have a reward !!! Might not be what you wished for ...Check past history !!!

Senator Bob Corker said that attempting to defund Obamacare is a “silly effort” that can’t possibly succeed. Senator Tom Coburn said “It is not an achievable strategy. It’s creating the false impression that you can do something when you can’t.” Senator Richard Burr said it is the “dumbest idea I’ve ever heard.”

That RINO label is as overused and offensive as the RACIST label! I doubt that John McCain worries about the opinion of constipated conservatives. This morning, Joe Scarborough said that Cruz is looking like “the biggest fool in Washington”.

As a presidential candidate, John McCain got 54% of the military vote as opposed to Obama’s 44%.

Cruz won his senate seat with 56% of the vote. A poll by the University of Texas/ Texas Tribune showed his approval rating at 37% with 28% disapproval and 16% without an opinion.

Cruz’s charades won’t produce 67 votes in the Senate to override Obama’s veto. Shutting down government is irresponsible. Nothing is gained by juvenile showboating at a time when Americans are questioning how critical issues can be resolved. Taxpayers don’t have the option to ignore consequences of bad decisions.
Get on your high horse's and ride off into the sunset, your obviously demented.

Each day this week, I have driven by melted asphalt on a four lane road where a woman rammed her car head on into a family’s SUV at 104 mph. Five men, including two veterans, were able to pull the father, mother and son from the burning vehicles, but could not rescue the woman. The father has since died, the mother is still extremely critical, and their son will recover. The medical examiner has not yet identified the woman who caused the wreck.

At one time, there was a legitimate insurgency in Syria led by General Idriss, according to numerous informed individuals. The delays in assistance along with Assad’s crackdowns have doomed the chances of moderates having any success.
Every revolution in recent history was either started by radicals or the moderates were kicked out by radicals before the fires get put out. When i hear talk of moderates in a revolution I picture a crowd of civilians being forced to run thru a minefield. Al queda guarantees death to all but al queda. The Russian Revolution is a prime example.

Mr. Beck’s resolve is encouraging. The changes in so many facets of American policy leave me feeling my age. My concerns are for my children who it seems must segregate themselves in order to retain their values.

Tragic circumstances for everyone. It is understandable that there was confusion all around. I feel sorry for the victim and the police officer.

I like Mike rogers, but I doubt that Putin is interested in a diplomatic advantage. In addition to Russia’s nuclear warships based in Tartus, Russian companies have $20 billion invested in Syrian infrastructure and energy. Putin’s assets are on the line, and as a benefactor of Assad, they are fair game for al Qaeda.

Each day in this country, helpless children are abused, injured, or killed. Prison sentences are inadequate punishment for those who treat innocents like garbage.

I had not watched CNN for years, but their coverage of the crisis in Syria has been very informative, including Amanpour’s interview with the Syrian ambassador to the U.N. I oppose U.S. military intervention, but find that I am very angry about the pathetic response of other countries to the use of chemical weapons. The anniversary of 9/11 reminded me that innocent people have been trapped in war-torn countries for these last twelve years.

@wheeler Most Americans are entrenched in their opposition to striking Syria. I hope Assad doesn’t send a thank you gift. Wearing a gas mask could spoil my aim.

Hollyweird created a fictional image of a president. Every miscue by Obama highlights their inane lack of judgement.
