  • My wife and I made a decision earlier this year, after debating it for several. This will be my kids’ last year in public school. I’m sick of their maddening nonsense that spews from the campus, phone, email, and mailbox.

The last straw was over spring break. My kids were relaying their fear and trepidation about the upcoming standardized testing which is set to take place mid-April. I asked them why they were so worried about something that was a month away, and they said the teachers were pushing them hard because of this upcoming test. The school, the teachers, the district, the state, etc., care more about this stupid test than they do about anything else. I’ve had enough.

  • Uh, Common… Isn’t a plastic knife also a knife. The policy says no knives. I bet they’d apply it plastic knives as well. In any case, policies are meant to be GUIDELINES. The administrator can use his or her own judgement and decide that sometimes something in just benign.

  • The Free State Project is a good idea. Figure out a way to keep Washington out of their business and we might have something.

  • “Their policies will contribute to enough pain for everyone even the greedy 47% will dwindle by mid-terms…”

This logic is laughable. So, let me get this straight… You think the 47% will tire of the policies that give them free stuff and see the light and vote for conservatives? Even if Santa Clause Obama doesn’t give the all they want, the next progressive democrat in line will promise them more. We’ll just tax the rich more.

Truth be told, the problem is NOT liberals. The problem is we no longer have a nation of 50 States that are free to make up their own mind about things. Instead, everything is dictated to us from Washington. We should have 50 labs going. If Vermont wants to be liberal. Let them. If Texas wants to let people open cary, let them. That’s the way things are supposed to be.

Secession may not be the answer, but it is one of only two viable option. The only other is to have an Article V convention and make sure the following amendments are added:

    1. Repeal of the 16th and 17th Amendments.
    2. Balanced Budget Amendment.
    3. Term Limits for Congress.
    4. Elimination of the Federal Reserve system.

Fix those 4 things and the ship rights itself very quickly. All you folks talking about 2014 and 2016 are just suffering from wishful thinking. There might be “elections”, but can we trust them? Do you actually trust the results of the one we just had? More has to be done. And it has to be done quicker than 2014 or 2016.

  • I’m absolutely done with these morons. Someone needs to tell these republicans who call themselves conservatives to grow a pair. It’s not even a week since the election, and these guys are all bending over for Obama and his agenda. Give me a break!

Still think it’s time for the red states (beginning with Texas) to think about separating from the Union. This time, with a just cause.

  • I was going to post a list of stories that weren’t covered because of the election in an effort to help President Obama get re-elected. Unfortunately, there’s a 1500 character limit, and I doubt it would all fit. Oh, yeah, they’ll cover it al now… Now that it doesn’t matter. Complete media malpractice, and as this election proves, the so-called “new media” doesn’t have the necessary reach to get real stories out unless the MSM comes along to help. If they choose not to, we end up where we are.

  • Gotta love these auto-filters… Can’t even say the name of the restaurant. I guess we’ll just call it White Folks Barrel. What do we call a Cheese and *******?

  • The question was: HOW MANY TIMES SHOULD A TEACHER BE FOUND DRUNK AT SCHOOL BEFORE GETTING FIRED?

The article answers this by saying “The logical answer to this question is ZERO.”

This, of course, is wrong. The logical answer to this question is ONCE. If the answer is ZERO, then all non-drunk teachers should be fired immediately.

I know it’s not the point of the article, but it stands out and spoils what comes after.

  • I thought it fake as well, but the sad truth is that there are actually people like this that each of us know, which is why it’s funny. They could have not done a fake one and probably come up with something just as good.

  • “The Obama presidency is dissolving before our eyes.”

Yes – but apparently not before the eyes of the masses in America. This guy should be toast after the events of the last week – the election should be over. The fact that stories are ignored by the MSM and they also do whatever they can to make Obama look good leaves the masses with the impression that everything is fine and the right guy is there. Not good. Instead, all indications are that this guy has a good shot of being re-elected. God help us all.
