  So, he had a sawed off shotgun.Clearly a BATFE issue and federal violation. I will bet money, no Form 1 or 3 and not tax stamp. So, will the fed also prosecute him for a GUN violation? No, they will not. So see, a CLASSIC violation and no prosecution. WE do not need more gun laws. They cant use whats on the books.

  I am utterly disgusted at this. How dare they. The tenants they have held dear for so long that every scout must recite is the scout oath and law. How dare they destroy this and say that being gay is morally straight.

  What about their gay parent(s)? Are they going to let this type of person in as an adult leader, a merit badge counselor? Are they going to say sorry your two daddies or mommies cant come on the camp out or help? Are they going to allow transgender? What about dykes?

  Provide service to others.- like bending over to help

  Its easy, state law in and state law out are different. Federal rules the sky only. In Communist NY-NJ guns and ammo together constitute possession( not a violation of Federal law but) – no license in those communist states=bad juju.

  So this guy lied during his tenure as a Boy Scout and blatantly lied about the Oath and law to get his Eagle. I say, he should have it taken away from him for lying. Not about him being gay, but about his lying to get it. Make him join the gay scouts or something to get one but strip him from the badge of honor and stop disgracing all of those who did uphold the oath and law.
