Some you here have no clue how the law operates. I’m sure that off duty cop had live video running in his off duty vehicle to see EXACTLY what happened. He probably didn’t have access to it even after the event. Try this out tonight…go to your local 7-11 and see if the teenage clerk behind the counter has access to the video system. Here’s the answer you’ll get, “Ya, I have no clue how to work this thing…my manager will be in next week and can get you the video”.
Again, just cause the video shows something different now doesn’t mean the cop was acting will bad intentions.
Here we have a statement of what you are forced to believe or come to the logical conclusion that unionized law enforcement is in fact an ongoing criminal enterprise.
I can say without equivocation if you are armed, high ready on an unarmed innocent member of my family, I and any other adult should/ must act to negate this lethal threat.
When you walk through this frame by frame you see why law enforcement wants the public disarmed, afraid, and cowering.
If a “Good” citizen had acted to end the real imminent threat this lying piece of dog squeeze is, I would applaud and support him/ her for acting in the public good.
Push everything to the top of the spectrum; you deserve to be dealt with as the threat to the community you are.

Body cams aren’t free…you, the tax payer has to fit the bill and most police departments are operating with no budget now days.

Your comment shows how little you know about the Constitution. It’s not an “illegal” arrest. Might be a bad arrest but the cop was acting in good faith. If the “suspect” wants to sue in civil court, he can. The DA can drop the charges and probably will…but the cop didn’t make an “illegal” arrest.

The officers cruiser is blocking that lane of travel for a reason. The driver of the SUV thought it was smart to immediately cut over into that lane. Most people wait at least a few hundred feet. I’m more surprised the SUV didn’t cream his cruiser.
It looks like the SUV takes out a roadside cone. You see something, about that size and color, get thrown towards the officer as the SUV enters frame. I suspect the driver was in the right lane as it approached the officer’s cruiser and thought it would just snake around in a half-assed lane-change, but wasn’t expecting anyone to be there. While I can’t say it was wise for this officer to walk out towards traffic like that, necessarily (hard to know what prompted that), the SUV driver appears definitely to be in the wrong, and it’s lucky the SUV was able to recover from that without smashing into everyone else on the roadway, too…

And who cares?? That’s the real issue. There will be speeches all over the country on MLK day. How does Eli know what Trump is going to say? My guess is this is more about Eli hating Trump than it is about MLK day.

Just proof that college students everywhere are pretty much idiots…for the most part…not all…but most. Even at a conservative college these students “feel the need” to stand up for something really stupid.

This…I don’t spend everything waking moment of my life trying to disprove something I don’t believe in. I simply don’t believe in it.

12 people on the jury said guilty beyond a reasonable doubt…but fatso potato chip sofa sitters know otherwise.

If this guy gets out, he’ll kill again. He’s a total deviant. Doused a cat with gasoline and lit it on fire. Accusations of sexual assaults on his nephew. Ex wife married some other relative of his. Burglaries. Researched how to torture and kill people. Only in America does this guy become a social media rock star.
Even deviants deserve a fair and impartial trial and Avery didn't get one.
You mean the burglary when he was 18? Yeah, him and his idiot friend stole a six pack and some beef jerky. Oh the horror! Probably should get the death penalty for that.
Not a trace of blood evidence in the trailer or the garage. Physically impossible to accomplish.
The guy was framed...twice.
One additional item of note. The accusation of researching how to torture and kill someone came from a supposed jailhouse snitch. The irony is that he was so untrustworthy, that the state decided that he shouldn't testify at Avery's trial. Even more incredible is that only the DA ever heard this supposed testimony.
The DA tainted the jury pool before the trial started with all sorts of this kind of unsubstantiated info. Oddly though, much of it never made it in to the trial.
Also, by the way, the ex-wife is the step-mother of Dassey. The discoverer of the victim's car is the wife of one of the sherrifs. The only person to say the cat was doused in gasoline or oil was the cousin that he ran off the road and pulled a gun on....who also happened to be the wife of a local policeman. The DA was trying to have Steven Avery convicted and sexually harassing rape victims all at the same time.
Weird, I know...but...prattle on...

Mr. Washington can speak about God all he wants, but as long as he’s supporting Barry and his henchmen, and preaching a social gospel rather then THE Gospel, he’s part of the problem in sending this country right down the crapper.
If that's the case, he is doing god's will in fulfilling prophecy.
anti : Somehow I find it difficult to believe comments about ' doing god's will ' from a person who tags themselves as a ' militant atheist ! ' Maybe it's just me ?!

Deanna, I stopped giving any of my money to the Blaze a couple of months ago. This place has turned into an underground bunker of nut jobs. Sorry Glen, you allowed this to happen to your project and show…I cancelled and no a bunch of other cops that cancelled too.
Just keep believing that, these people of whom you speak are very religious also, right!

Where do you get this nonsense?
1. How do you know?
2. Really? How do you know there’s no officer incident report?
3. Sunshine laws…public demanded a name. Be careful what you ask for.
4. 6 shots fired…this was made available days ago.
I could go on and on and on….Hearsay??? Really? There isn’t a third party testifying on Officer Wilson’s behalf and telling what they think is his version of events. He will be testifying in person…that’s not hearsay.
Everything you question is STANDARD police practice. Go look at a non controversial police shooting and ask yourself these same questions and see how you answer them. None of the stuff you are questioning come out for sometimes weeks!!! In this case, public pressure caused much more information to be released then what we would generally get in a police shooting.
He's also saying that the Whites will automatically vote to NOT indict - and that the Blacks automatically WILL vote to indict.

Maybe it hasn’t been mismanaged. When a large group wants to get together and riot and loot, damage will be done and sometimes there’s just nothing the police can do about it. They can do “damage control” to minimize, and imo, the St. Louis combined force did just that. But the media went ape **** over the “militarization” of the police thing and now you have ticket pushers trying to squelch a powder keg.
I am not siding with Al Jazeera, I was only interested in the truth. There are conflicting articles over this incident and as a matter of constitutional integrity, the American people deserve to know if law enforcement deliberately violated these individual's first amendment rights.
I side with Law Enforcement when circumstances permit it. I also side with the esteemed Al Jazeera which I've found to be a refreshingly honest news source. If ever I leave Amerika, my destination will be either Mother Russia or the peaceful Shia Nation of Iran.
Actually, Qatar is the nation funding Al Jazeera, not Iran. Qatar is an Arabic, mostly Sunni nation, while Iran is a Persian, mostly Shi'ite nation. The more you know.
udflyer -- you don't get it, do you?
It's not about siding with al'Jazeera over the cops. It's about siding with what is right over what is wrong. It's about siding with the Constitution. Liberty and the Bill of Rights do not go out the window simply because you do not like someone. You cannot claim to be a supporter of liberty and the Constitution and be okay with someone's rights being trampled because you find that person distasteful.
You tell us to go to Iran, when what you are advocating -- the removal of someone's rights simply because you do not like them -- would be much more at home there.

And just for the record also, the police don’t have fully automatic rifles either. For the most part, other then magazine capacity, police weapons are no different then Joe Blow can go by at Bill Goodman’s.

Why are they forcing people to go home??? Because they HAVE too!! Guess what will happen if Junior decides to run around on those streets and he gets shot or even just beat the tar out of him? Junior’s parents go and find an ambulance chasing attorney who sues the Ferguson PD for NOT making Junior get off the streets. See how this works for the police in this country?
You want to blame the police for this mess and their militarization. Stop and consider the thousands of legal court cases that have caused this first.

You watched you tube cell phone videos? I bet that’s just like being there!!!!

They declared that because news choppers were being shot at by the rioters. But hey AJAY…don’t let a good crisis go to waste right?
