  My comment didn’t have anything to do with the NRA. But we you try to equate Voting (Privilege) to the 2nd Amendment, Constitutional Right for me to uphold my God given right to protect myself. You get that right and it isn’t infringed, so how do you and the NRA get to be the only Progressive that gets to change the 2nd Amendment without amending the Constitution?? You complain when Obama, Biden, Feinstein try to take your 2nd Amendment away, so where in the Constitution does it say you can Infringe on criminals/felons of any type?? If you don’t amend the Constitution then it is for ALL CITIZENS not just the ones you an other Progressives think can have their Rights. Voting is left up to the States with little oversight from the Federal Government, Article I Section 4; “The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations,” So it is Constitutional for a State to say if a Felon can or can’t vote, but it isn’t up to anyone to change the 2nd Amendment unless it is done by Amending the Constitution. I am for the Constitution, I do support the NRA, but The Constitution means more to me than the NRA does. All I am saying that there is a way to change things and it isn’t done by just making some Unconstitutional Laws, or a Unconstitutional Ruling. Let’s do it correct!!!

  I agree, The Constitution is for ALL CITIZENS, not just for the so called Law Abiding Citizens. If you do your time then your 2nd Amendment “SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED” just like any other Citizens 2nd Amendment Right. Then if anyone misuses the Firearm, such as murder or robbery, then they get punished and go to jail or prison!!!!

  The Constitution is for ALL CITIZENS!!! It isn’t just for the so called Law-Abiding Citizens. The 2nd Amendment is part of the Constitution and it says it SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED, so why do you think it is ok to infringe only when you think it is ok to infringe. WE all have a God Given Right to protect our person and property, that goes for the criminals also. Once you start to infringe on someone’s Rights you become like any other Progressive, you think you know better and you think know what it right. The laws shouldn’t be infringing on anyone’s right to carry and bear arms, the laws should punish you once you Misuse your 2nd Amendment Right, then while you are in jail or prison you aren’t allowed to carry and bear arms, but once you have did your time then ALL RIGHTS are the Individual Rights!!!

  Pelosi is an Idiot!! The 14th Amendment Section 4; says “The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned.” but what Pelosi and other idiots don’t understand about the 14th Amendment Section 4. It doesn’t say that WE HAVE TO TAX MORE AND RAISE THE DEBT LIMIT TO PAY OUR DEBT, we can CUT SPENDING AND DELETE UNCONSTITUTIONAL PROGRAMS TO PAY OUR DEBT RATHER THAN RAISE DEBT LIMITS!! Plus Article I, Section 8; “The Congress shall have Power To borrow Money on the credit of the United States.” So there isn’t any Power given to the President to raise the Debt Limit on his own!!

  Yes after Washington freed his slaves upon Death, the law was changed in VA so that you were unable to free your slaves at death anymore, so when Jefferson dies the law VA Law wouldn’t allow him to free his slaves.

  The Constitution doesn’t say that if you are a fellon or any other type of crimminal that you lose your 2nd Amendment right to protect yourself. EVERYONE has the 2nd Amendment Rights!! “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!!! It doesn’t say if you are a Fellon or any other type of crimmal you lose your Rights!!!!!!

  “The ICIRR writes that in the last five years, 48,330 people have been deported from the Chicago ICE region leaving an estimated 80,550 children without a parent.” See that is a problem that could be solved very easy, send the children with their parents back to the Country they came from prior to crossing our borders illegally!!!!

  14th Amendment doesn’t give the Children special causes to stay in our Country illegally.

  Section 1.
  “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

  What folks miss is the little word AND, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, AND subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside…” So if your parent wasn’t a legal citizen to begin with, then there isn’t a legal jurisdiction for their child to become a legal citizen. Deport the whole family!!!!!!!!!!!
