Do people who write these stories check the fact’s?( Fact) The phones given out were paid for by Telecom companies not by taxes, and has nothing zip o to do with Obama.It was a program started in 2008 for poor people. Go to Factcheck.org. And there are other stories TO BACK THIS UP. This story started as a rumor and is totally false.But great try for your regular readers who believe everything they read.LOL!
