  “What must it be like for a guy like Paul Ryan to have to sit across from people like that and have to listen to the clueless nonsense that comes out of their mouths?” I think about that sometimes. It’s got to be just awful. No wonder nothing can get done. Trying to convince people who have 1/8 the education you have, 1/8 the IQ you have, 1/8 the intelligence, and none of the wisdom you have has got to be the most horrid job one can have, considering it’s Ryan’s job. Poor guy. We need to pray for him.

  When she shouted “Hold it!”, you could hear the echo in the halls of Congress. How 3rd world can one get. How undignified, how low-class and trashy. It’s equivalent to watching that awful show “Most Shocking”. Disgusting. She is obviously an appropriate representative of the people who voted for her. God help us.
  And they voted out Allen West. Because he wasn’t representative of the trash that voted in people like her. Thank you for that Allen West. You’re a true American. A true American.

  I REALLY agree with you. You mentioned the free housing some people get and they certainly do, through Section 8 (fed program) and possibly other programs I’m not aware of.
  A next door neighbor moved in a few months ago with her 3 kids, all school age, on a Section 8 housing allowance, which btw is NOT just public housing anymore for those who don’t know. I looked it up on the gov website. Section 8 will pay up to $2200 (yes you saw that correctly) for someone who gets to live WHEREVER THEY WANT (yes, that’s on the website also). Her house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, tiled flooring throughout 1220 sq ft house.
  Meanwhile, I’m living in a 2 bedroom 2 bath, 870 sq ft home. I’ve lived in apartments bigger than that but it was all I could afford to buy at the time. I’m (of course) underwater on my home by about $40,000, with a mortgage I keep up by the grace of God.
  Is it time yet for those like me to angrily scream at these unbelievable government entitlements for the scammers? I’m sure there are tons of us who could make a lot of noise. Of course then the government would offer us help, to which we could have the awesome pleasure of spitting in their eye and telling them to shove it!

  Oh brother. I think I smell a con man. Like one poster said, homeless guy was sitting in front of a shoe store. Pretty obvious he was hoping someone would buy him shoes, not because he wanted the shoes, but because he wanted to sell them. Shame on him.
  May God reward and bless the kind cop who through the tug on his heart, gave freely. God rewards the giver no matter what happens to the gift.

  @Atheist – - who said “Don’t tell me all things need equal offense.” No, definitely not all things, but some things yes, equal offense is sometimes needed. In the case of Obama with a crown of thorns, in the case of Jamie Foxx calling Obama their lord and savior, yes, equal offense is needed. Sometimes it’s necessary to answer a fool according to his folly. If you can do it to Christ, we can and will do it to Obama. Natch.
