CalmOne, the fact is we’re all going to die. Whether it be in a tsunami, car accident, from disease or as an infant in our mothers womb. We will all die. What matters is not how or when we die, what matters is how we lived. If we lived knowing Christ we don’t fear death, it is nothing more than a stepping stone to something greater. A right of passage, if you will. The only reason to fear death is if you don’t know Christ. There have been a lot of natural disasters in the world lately, I hope you have at least considered the consequences of your decision because what happens to you after your inevitable death is completely up to you. I hope you at least put as much weight in your decision to forsake God as you have in the last car you purchased or job you took. If you are foolish enough to leave your eternity up to chance then that is on you, not God.

So that when he surrounds himself with cops, firefighters, teachers and children telling us how a 2% spending cut on increases (meaning they increase 8% instead of 10%) is going to put all these hard working people out of work, cripple the economy and leave us all writhing in distress, we can remember this and call his BS!
