So what the heck was Nathan Masingo, Hoffman’s attorney doing for five months? And NOW you might want to reap the benefits of law suit by your client? Lawyers = slime of the earth.

I am happy the little girl has a great and loving Dad and proud of him for the effort to keep a promise. I just wonder if his notes included any advice concerning the state of her ever lasting soul.
Dear Lord God of all creation, You’re already performed a great work through Your Son Jesus Christ. My prayer for this father and daughter is that they see the perfection of Your Grace and accept that gift, given freely. Amen.

Why don’t we outlaw kidnapping and rape while we’re at it.

I can’t knock the police officers for doing this. I see it as sort of a community service, something police used to do a lot more of before revenue generation became job #1.

We’ll never see this document, this judge simply hasn’t yet realized that Obama is above the law.

Hutch, one of the finest human beings I’ve ever heard speak. Pure truth, no lies in that man.
And now he is gone from this earth, no more pain, no more sorrow, no more regret. Only abundant joy in the presence of The Lord Jesus Christ. How I envy you Hutch.

I read this brief story and my heart went out to this young woman. I only wish I were in a position to be a blessing to her this Christmas.
Then I scroll down and begin to read the comments. So much apathy, so much distrust, almost hateful at times. Are we really that jaded? Where is the Heart of Christ?
IF this young woman's story is true --- where is the compassion? People judging her because of her weight? Really? Doesn't the spirit of Christmas come to mind? Kindness, compassion, love one another? She wants PARENTS...she isn't asking for a car, a house, a vacation, she wants parents to look at her with love in their eyes.
