  • Lets hope they didn’t bury her in the wrong cemetery, that could be another 5000 maple leafs.

  • Moms rock. The felon realized he was in danger when he threatened her kids and was forced to flee the car. His first near fatal move was threatening her kids. Since he kidnapped the family using deadly force and then threatened their future lives, life in prison would seem perfectly appropriate! . Her use of lethal force was justified considering the promised ongoing threat to her family. Too bad the saga isn’t over.

  • The lesson to the homeowner is this: on the other hand, had he shot them dead, it would probably have been legal! Hindsight is always so 20-20 on these things. And is this really the message the city wants to send? Because, this is an increasing problem with police and prosecutors. Instead of keeping the peace, instead of righting wrongs and preserving peoples dreams, life efforts, and hard work, the emphasis is on a criminal’s rights, on preventing confrontation, and on rewarding the violent evil in our society for their communist, punish the rich, escapades. It openly invites vigilantism. Responsibility and the value of building good things will forever escape these people. If you don’t believe me, look at the city of Paris. 250 years after the Revolution, they are still a wasteland of bad plumbing, pitiful achievement, indignant pick pockets, and empty pocket socialists waiting for their monthly state hand out. Those who would do differently are caught in the infinite mud of egocentric criminals and socialist sodomy. Wonderful!

  • Robert Kraft is a fool’s tool. 4 carats of diamonds, $4000, ounce of silver, $25, local craftsman to make replacement, $4000 (Fire up the MakerBot). Big sign on inside of ring declaring original was donated for the freedom and peace of Earth to the people of Russia, priceless. Robert Kraft is nuts! No ring is significant to a world leader, none. No ring is going to be worn by the leader of one of the big 5 without serious security scrutiny. Since this ring has no meaning and doesn’t really complement Mr. Putin, I’m guessing it’s languishing in a warehouse in Moscow or Ekaterinsberg. Sorry Robert Kraft but you need to evaluate your priorities, being a spoiled brat and an Indian giver is an insult to us Indians! Grow up and as former Notre Dame coach Lou Holtz used to say.”Do the right thing and do it right!”.

  • I spent most of 8th grade in detention. Our history teacher asked our class to figure out why we weren’t getting our homework done by insisting on keeping a minute by minute diary and usage schedule of our non-school time followed by a change list. I inferred quickly I was failing to do what I set out to do in life and was spending roughly double too much time on her ponderous pile of school work. After that I changed my schedule to do more home projects and to cut my evening liberal arts school time by 60%. I was surprised to find I was not the only one. Upon our explanations, the teacher absolutely lost it in the sun, became furious, placing most of the class in detention. The straight A students had gotten the message, they all dumped her disproportionately large amount of foolishness. Consequence, only those students were placed in detention. In that year I built a clock, a vending machine, a model mars traveler, and I collected over 200 poisonous and 400 edible wild plant species in a home made herbarium, while talking to numerous botanists and local nurseries.. And that’s the problem with Socialism, it doesn’t give a rubber trivet for the good of the individual and it has even less idea how to help a jobless community but it will consume with angry egocentric verve every photon of your life force via reading F. Scott Fitzgerald or worrying about your NRA membership bling!! Smile, this young man just learned faster than 99% of the entire human race!!

  • From the movie, “The Edge”, “What one man can do, another can do.” Oddly, this is not rocket science but seems initially like control science. And you don’t need fancy rockets, most electrical engineers with a workshop, a pile of IR/VIS transistors and about 200 hours work you can shoot down almost any flying object up to 10,000 ft with pretty good reliability using almost anything that flies faster than the target. But the greater question is, if someone sticks their finger in your eye, what do you do. If an enemy kills 300 people on a plane, what is the best countermeasure if any. When do you turn the other cheek 7×7, and when, if ever, do you pray to heaven and unleash the whirlwind?

  • Dear citizen, THINK Hinkle!! You can’t read anything but pro-Hinkle literature, Reading anti-Hinkle literature is a terrorist activity and could get you fired or incarcerated in a SS camp. If you criticize Hinkle’s “former” religion, it is a felony. And Hinkle care (boy do we ever trust Hinkle care) was developed behind closed doors, too big and important to read before being voted on. And it includes ID chips and confiscation of all medical records, and attack drones. Sieg Hinkle, ruler of Bacteria, ally of Tomania, friend of the lonely island nation of Castrovula whose citizens stream endlessly across our border to guarantee our security and ethnic duplicity. Heil Hinkle! Savior of our precious Bacteria!

  • Read “The Puzzle Palace”. This issue was opened in the 1920′s, gained precedent between 1920 and today. Was signed upon and grandfathered repeatedly by executive order.and Congressional action. And now, Timmy is worried we’ve all fallen down the well? Hey Tim, Lassie stopped barking 70 years ago. Sorry dude.

  • The state or corporation makes the rules, then the employees select the best options and live happily ever after. Darn, what a shame! Various comp time and vacation time rules often provide a wonderful benefit for retiring employees. Add in a lame political deal to unseat a competitor using a year or two of severance pay, maybe 10 years of medical comp,, and suddenly retirement can look like a great age to boogey on down. She has my best wishes, and notice, it’s still not enough to even buy a retirement home in most of CA. Well done good and faithful servant.

  • Oddly, in states without the ability to defend one’s self, the incidents are often not reported. Instead, the criminals simply disappear. Since the need for self defense still persists, suddenly how it is handled becomes much more radical and permanent. Rather than lose a loved one to state prosecution, the garden burial plot then becomes a grizzly way out of a serious problem, especially in poorer, older neighborhoods. When the state doesn’t bother to listen to such needs, the problems solve themselves. A local burglary team operating in the neighborhood where I grew up turned to rape as a sideline. The problem was solved quietly and violently by the friends of one of the rape victims. As a kid it made a serious impression on me, Idyllic PC laws need an occasional reality check..
