I just emailed Mr. Milburne the following:
*Note the one part that reads: “Therefore, you may be able to record in-person conversations occurring in a public place without consent.”
    Pennsylvania Wiretapping Law
Pennsylvania’s wiretapping law is a “two-party consent” law. Pennsylvania makes it a crime to intercept or record a telephone call or conversation unless all parties to the conversation consent. See 18 Pa. Cons. Stat. § 5703 (link is to the entire code, choose Title 18, Part II, Article F, Chapter 57, Subchapter B, and then the specific provision).
The law does not cover oral communications when the speakers do not have an “expectation that such communication is not subject to interception under circumstances justifying such expectation.” See 18 Pa. Cons. Stat. § 5702 (link is to the entire code, choose Title 18, Part II, Article F, Chapter 57, Subchapter A, and then the specific provision). Therefore, you may be able to record in-person conversations occurring in a public place without consent. However, you should always get the consent of all parties before recording any conversation that common sense tells you is private.
In addition to subjecting you to criminal prosecution, violating the Pennsylvania wiretapping law can expose you to a civil lawsuit for damages by an injured party.
Consult the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press’s Can We Tape?: Pennsylvania for more information on Pennsylvania wiretapping law.

Last I checked, this is still (so far) America – where we all enjoy freedom of speech. If OkSatan wants to stifle people’s God given right to their own opinion, they can pack up and move to a third world country. I say people should boycott OkSatan.

As much as I admire Sarah Palin, as I know she IS a Christian – she has also been deceived with this entire “christmas” tradition.
Doesn’t make her a bad person – it makes her a human being capable, just like we all are, of being deceived by the prince of darkness.

  • December 8, 2013 at 1:15am

As a devout Christian, and one who isn’t a “hater” as you refer to them – it is *you* that is being deceived, my friend.

IF you would just read Jeremiah 10 from the Bible – and then do some research into the documented history of these pagan “holy-days” – such as christmas, easter, halloween, new years, valentine’s day, etc.
IF you are truly a CHRISTIAN who is following Jesus Christ, you should not be participating in ANY secular MANKIND created ritual – period. The Bible is clear on that – IF we would read the Bible like God tells us to.

  • December 8, 2013 at 1:12am

If you yourself believe in Christ, then you should be signing a petition to force them to remove anything “christmas” related from your school, town and anywhere else that satan has infested his evil into our lives.
Do your research, ma’am – that’s why God said that in the end days, “knowledge will be increased”.
I am sorta halfway kinda thinking He put that part in there for a reason?

Your Almighty Creator says to stop following heathen/pagan “gods”, Prussia – if you read Jeremiah 10 in the Bible that you claim to believe, you will realize that this (christmas/trees/etc) was, and is, covered in that chapter.
If you read it and then still choose to follow the pagan created tradition, then that’s your choice. But don’t claim to believe in Christ, and at the same time reject his commands for us. God looks at the cutting down of trees, and decorating them in “gold and silver” as idolatry of false gods.
It doesn’t matter what “we” think or believe – what matters is what GOD says about it – and He says to NOT partake in those traditions of “strange and false gods”.
“christmas” is NOT Christian – it hasn’t one thing (zero, zilch, nadda) to do with Christ, or the Bible.
I bet you also believe that there were “three” wise men?
I bet you also believe that, in the Bible, when it says, “an eye for an eye” that it means that it’s okay to seek revenge?
I bet you think that a “manger” was even mentioned in the Bible?
My point being – we need to be actually READING the BIble – instead of going on what everyone else says is in there. And stop following these pagan traditions that have not one thing to do with Christ – or His Word.
God is crystal clear in Jeremiah 10 about the fate of any and all who follow the “heathen” in their “strange god” worshiping. – and He gives as an example, what could only be known as a

Christ was never IN “christmas”, ZQ – that’s the whole issue.

MANKIND is responsible for creating Dec 25 as a supposed
“christian” day – but if you do some research, you’ll find that
christmas, easter and halloween – are ALL pagan “holy-days”.
God may be allowing us to discover this so He can test us to
see who of us is going to “come out of her” and follow HIM –
    and not mankind’s antiGod traditions.

  • December 8, 2013 at 12:51am

We can’t serve both God and satan, Jen –
We have to choose one or the other.
It’s a slap in God’s face to keep telling
    everyone “merry christmas”. That is
    Just sayin’ ……….

  • December 8, 2013 at 12:49am

True, true – but you can’t tell these people what they refuse to hear – just as the Bible predicts – in the end days, believers will also scoff at the truth – and refuse to listen much less be obedient to God’s Word.
They are more comfy believing in the “god” they have created in their own minds – rather than the one true God.
Just like the Barry Soetero voters – you can show these people the cold hard facts – and they still will refuse to listen. Sad that they’d rather follow satan than Jesus Christ – that’s all I can say. And claim they are following God.
Let them find out – when it’s too late. Their blood won’t be on my hands. The Bible says if you run across those who refuse to listen, dust your feet off and move on.

while gleefully and knowingly sinning – then, according to the Bible, they may be in for a swift sad surprise on Judgement Day.

Christ’s death on the Cross – and His Resurrection – was to take our sins
and yes, to “save” us from hell.
HOWEVER – that is a promise from God to those of us who truly choose
    to follow Him. .
His death and resurrection were never meant to be, and is not, some sort
    of ‘free pass’ for us.
i.e. You can’t continue in sin thinking that it’s okay as long as you can
    quote Jesus’ death and resurrection.
God tells us that we have to REPENT – which means turn from sin.
Ex: a whole bunch of folks “think” they will see Heaven – yet the Bible plainly tells us: (and take special note of the part where it says, “Do not be deceived:”
“Or do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, swindlers, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
Yes, Jesus’ death and resurrection saves us – but only those who accept Him as our only Lord and Saviour – and by following Him, and in order to “follow” Him, He says we have to first repent.

In other words, you can’t do as the confession booth catholics do – keep on knowingly, and gladly, sinning – then stopping in their confessional booths to ask for forgiveness- then back out the door and repeating the sin – again and again and again.
The Bible warns us that God will not be mocked – and if people think they can live willy nilly while gle

I’ve already directed you – three times now?

Jeremiah 10 – I’m assuming that God is condemning
when He says that those who follow the heathen/false
    god worshiping, will “perish”.

And, not sure what “book” you are getting your information from –
but the HOLY BIBLE is crystal clear on more will be sent to hell than choose to go to Heaven.
Do you listen to a lot of Joel Osteen ? He is one of those
spokesmen who believes that everything is hunky dory and
all of us are heading to Heaven one day.
    The Bible says different, though.

    Osteen……….. God’s Word………..
    Osteen ………. God’s Word……….
    Yep, I think I’ll believe God’s Word
    over Joel Osteen.

  • December 7, 2013 at 8:15pm

I tell you what – all of these self proclaimed “Christians” had best be cracking
open that Bible and reading what God actually has to say about things – and
stop following the world blindly on down the wide path to hell, as the Bible
warns us that many will choose to do so – unknowingly or knowingly – hell
is hell – doesn’t matter why you chose to be sent there. What matters is that’s
    where you end up.
Seems that we’ve all created our own lit’l version of the “god” we are comfy with. The
christmas groups want to keep on celebrating pagan days.
The “easter” and “halloween” so called “Christians” – they want to believe that God
condones all the false worshiping and blaspheme associated with those “holy-days”,
The homosexuals want the world to accept, and believe, that they
    are God’s children, too.
The unmarried and married adulterers – same thing – everyone “thinks”
they are going to Heaven. But the Bible tells us otherwise.
That is idolatry, by the way – when you make up your own lit’l “god”
in order to replace the one true God – and HIS laws for us.
Wake up, people -wake up – time is running short.
    Just a reminder, that’s all.

If you are truly a Christian, then you would be interested in what God’s Word actually has
to say – and He warns us against following these pagan traditions. And goes further on to
tell us that those who do – will (WILL) perish.

Don’t take my word for it – look it up for yourself – and read, ACTUALLY read it.
Again – He (God) doesn’t say those who follow these traditions “may” perish –
He (God) doesn’t say those who follow these traditions “run the risk” of
He (God) says those who follow these traditions WILL perish.
So – is that pretty lit’l decorated (in gold and silver) tree all
lighted up worth your eternal soul?
Only you can decide that for yourself.
    It is not worth mine.

If you read Jeremiah 10, you’ll read that no, Jesus, does not agree.
And in that chapter, IF you read it, you will read just how much
He disagrees with mankind’s quaint lit’l tree/yule log celebrations.
AND – Before you go calling me an atheist, you should know
that I’m a devout Christian who believes in God, Jesus Christ and
the Holy Spirit. AND – I also believe, word for word, everything that
is inspired -and written – in God’s Word (The Holy Bible).
By the way, Dec 25 IS the day that the sun “god” was born. And that is
the exact date that the pagans would celebrate their “god”.
It would appear that satan has deceived quite a few of us. Me
included – I used to defend “christmas” – and ‘easter” which is
nothing but the worship of Ishtar, the fertility goddess.
Yep, satan has managed to infest the church and the whole
wide world with his pagan evils.

And, by the way, Ms. Palin – I’m an angry Christian – not
an atheist – angry or otherwise.
I’m angry at all of the so called TRUE Christians who
are either ignorant of this subject – or are aware and
are simply refusing to follow the one true GOD, Jesus

  • December 7, 2013 at 7:21pm

Anyone actually READING their Bible nowadays?
Or is it just a book that you’re using as a coffee
Read Jeremiah 10 – in the Holy Bible.
This should (“should”) open up the TRUE Christians’ eyes.
    i.e. “should”.

Mormonism, like the secular catholic “religion”, and the secular scientology “religion”, the secular new age “religion” and all of the other secular man made “religions” – are simply tools of satan that he uses to sway those of us who do not know how to wear the FULL armor of Christ every day as a defense against having a weak and gullible mind.
If you guys would read – actually READ – the Holy Bible, you would less likely to be deceived. Reading that BOOK – God’s Word – is the ONLY way we are going to not be deceived. God did not give us His Word for kicks – He gave it to us as part of our lifeline to Him.
Without His Word – and Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, you eternal choice just hit “slim and none” – and slim’s outta town.
Think, people – THINK! Don’t allow satan to drag your soul to hell with him – because that is exactly what his goal is – for all of us.
Think we aren’t right now in the end days? Better look again at the global headlines – it’s prophecy fulfilling left and right – every day and all day long.

  • December 2, 2013 at 8:19pm

Goodness, satan is one clever lit’l minion!
He has most of the Christians defending a day that has nothing (zilch, nadda, nothing) to do with Jesus OR the Bible. But has EVERYTHING to do with idolatry and making a pagan “holy-day” into something “Godly” –
And has worked it so that billions and billions of non believers and believers – are now yoked together in their idolatry aka “worship” of false and strange gods.
READ and RE-READ Jeremiah 10, guys – God cannot be any more clearer on what He says about secular mankind’s special lit’l “holy-days”.

Yep, people – we either wake up to what God’s WORD says – or we might as well belly up for the coming end days deceptions, Because things only get worse from here on out.
