Why in world do we need permission for public lands and memorials? You can call it govt property all you want but I was under the impression WE THE PEOPLE ARE THE GOVT.

It just goes t show USA INC won out because of lazy Americans. My bad, we have to be culturally respectful in USA INC. Lazy Mexican Americans, Asian Americans, African Americans and of course those racist white people who come from all over the world.
It’s no longer about being American, it’s about bringing your homeland to the states, creating cultural divides and mini country’s that are all about your culture and nothing about the melting pot of American Dreams, liberty and freedom. America is full of missionaries. People with no intent on being American and every intention of changing America’s founding principles and liberties. Missionaries using the American Dream against true America. If other countries can’t have true progression, liberty and freedom why should the USA.

That is just too bad. I guess the general public will have to wait or use sound govt math ( 2+2 = what ever you want.) to figure it out on their own. There is just no way they can look around and figure it out for themselves. This is why we need BIG GOVT. For the good of the SHEEPLE.

As a Masters Degree told me yesterday, the ACA was good for me, I should read it. If I lost my job I could get another in a month and live fine on unemployment. But we need to get govt workers back to work. They have family’s that will suffer. No one has lost jobs or medical coverage over Obamacare AND it’s cheaper. I could go on and on about the insanity of that conversation. Every response to my counter “you should read the ACA” My consistent response, “I did because I work in Healthcare.”

Is any one really surprised about this… I am not.

The people who will be surprised are those still snuggled up with their wool blankets.

I like that some will be willing to provide their pay to charity’s, especially local charity’s. Those sending their check back to the treasury or refusing to “cash it” are just trying to show good will with out committing to the loss of pay.
However, they should all be compensated the way Americans are for jury duty. It is our govt. If we want it running, it should be a civic duty not a career/paycheck. Americans should want to be representatives of the people for the liberty, freedom and the love of country.

$95 for the first year, then it goes up. I doubt this law will hold if it doesn’t destroy what’s left of the economy.
Americans are clueless about most things. Not just medical insurance. If people actually knew anything about their coverage they would not have wanted the ACA. If the economy had recovered the ACA would have been booed.
Guess what… Doctors don’t have to take insurance at all. Ask all the doctors you want about 10% in the US know anything about insurance and how it works. Most think they can see you and just bill the ins. Then the denied claim comes back because they are not network with the ins. Guess what you are responsible for the full cost.
The whole thing is a disaster. Costs more, less quality care and the govt gets to tell you what’s best for you medically. oh yeah awesome.
Just say no. Don’t go to the site, do not give them you’re info. Just wait, enough people have signed on just to see whats what and their info and experience will be posted every where by the end of the week.
I’m assuming those in healthcare like my self who have not come out against this are just trying to have job security. If they can back this they drank too much Kool aid, aren’t old enough or smart enough to know better.

I really hope the shut down continues, sorry govt employees, you are not exempt from the trials and tribulations of life because you work for the govt. Last I check the USA is actually USA INC. Even if it wasn’t, WE THE PEOPLE are supposed to be your employer not the branches of the govt.
Most people didn’t even know most of the guaranteed benefits under the ACA were available to them depending on their state laws and regulations.
HA HA Affordable health care. You’re paying to be in debt at best.
Lets throw out some reasonable possibilities of the lowest available plans.
Premium 200 for a single person per month, deductible 1250 min for medical and RX. Co ins at 40% – 60%. So for 12 months you pay 2400 for ins. Lets say you paid 950 in medical and RX but didn’t meet your deductible. so now you paid 3350 and come January 1st you get to start over and you will probably have a premium increase. As you can see some people find this awesome! It’s not. It’s terrible coverage. And it only gets worse if you meet you deductible.
Tax credit/subsidy? You can’t subsidize 90% of the people in the exchanges and have providers still get reasonable compensation. It’s a bubble. Ultimately medical providers will demand real payments and Ins Co will demand profits. We the American people will see smaller paychecks and higher prices everywhere. It’s unavoidable to prevent collapse and claim success.
    Good luck!

I’ve been int he medical field for 15 years. This story is of no surprise to me and is almost the same scenario for my family. Only difference, I can’t afford my current coverage because my employer… get this… a top 3 health insurance provider had already implemented 98% of the ACA for 2011 benefits.
I work with multiple state medicaid, CHIP and medicare plans and have plenty of experience with commercial and private purchase coverage. I spent half my night providing proof and examples of why the ACA is horrible for the average person… to half my co workers!

I took some calls today that were a little unusual for medicaid and I do have have some suspicion it has to do with the ACA but time will tell.

What really gets me is this… MSM, Dems and the like saying “people want to sign up, the exchange website are crashing so many people want this coverage.” WRONG!
People aren’t signing up, they’re trying to find out the cost. That’s been the biggest mystery. Even people who are not ever going to sign up were on the sites to get the premium costs. Others were trying to get more info about the 4 plans since no one knows what is available. How do I know… I work in health insurance… My co workers were trying to get on the site just to know, callers were asking questions even though they already get medicaid. As was once said before… We will find out once it’s passed. Well 3 years waiting to find out… no surprise here.

If any one else posted this I’m sorry I wanted to get this out there.
When this story hit AZ news… This pastor Ozetta Kirby was saying she and her son were offended because we all know….”Redneck” was the term slaves gave to slave owners and the Confederate Flag stands for slavery.

Needless to say that pi$$ed me off. Then Good ole Bill O’Reilly spews some similar garbage. I’m really tired of the ignorance and lack of history people have when they open their damn mouths.

I live in AZ and my family is full of hillbillys and rednecks from all over the US. I’m French, Russian, German and Irish/Scott/Brit. Some of my family got treated very poorly on arrival to the USA and I even lost some family who did not fit Hitlers German Ideals (non- jewish) but you don’t see me complaining and making up crap. This whole thing is BS!
    AZ has gone down hill in just 15 years. Very few cowboys, no one rides their horses to the store or has any respect. It’s all Illegals, snowbirds, meth addicts and Scottsdale Duche baggery progressives. The Wild West is Dead ;
I’m thankful we still have gun rights here with few limits.

    I’m a woman I don’t feel sorry for them.
They made the choice pressure or not and I’m sure that same kind of “pressure” & lack of thinking is what got them arrested. Sorry If you’re in jail and pregnant… Not such a good mom.
It’s expensive and wasteful of tax payer money.
Consider this is probably not their first time in jail and pregnant. There should be no grounds for these women to sue, they got at least 1 kid granted they probably lost custody. That is their fault. We all have to accept our choices, some good some bad.
Pressure and threats are not the same. Get over it jailhouse ladies, you did it to yourself. It’s time to learn RESPONSIBILITY.

    Sticks and Stones Jimmy.
It’s a shame they let you play in a movie sequal I would have been willing to watch. I will passing on the new movie now that I know you’re in it. I won’t even rent it for a buck at the RedBox.
I refuse to let anyone watch any Jim Crappy movies in my house. Made the hubby change the channel the other day (Happy wife happy life). Dumb and Dumber was pretty accurate for Jim. No worries Dumber, you’re not the only one I’m boycotting but you are in the top of that list! Congrats!

    Seriously?
“Reform the USA PATRIOT Act, specifically Section 215 but generally with respect to the rights of American citizens, and impose clear constraints on the powers granted by FISA.” No thank you.

Repeal, Remove, Protect. It’s the only way.

  • June 21, 2013 at 2:56pm

This is only possible because we all pretend money is worth something. It’s all fictitious. This is made up value, words on paper.
Wall Street and the govt are imagining what they want to happen and making it happen. This is not speculation this is total control based on their imagination and our ability or stupidity to believe them. If we decided today we wouldn’t except or pay for anything with what we currently consider as money, it would all collapse in a day.

  • June 21, 2013 at 2:36pm

I wonder if we can use these on capital hill? Put them in planters all around with dollar bills on their spikes. I’m thinking this would work. It would be natural & effective. Might not be humane, but I’m not so sure their human anyway.
This might work out well for the border and entitlement programs to.
We need real common sense measures like this folks, it’s for the greater good.

(No law abiding, honorable and useful animals will be harmed during use. This includes Gods creatures.)

  • June 21, 2013 at 2:19pm

Well said folks. Knowing what you have and how it works is important. I always change out ammo after practice to help prevent things like this from happening. Just one lazy decision or lack of education could mean life or death for another when it comes to firearms.

My husband learned this the hard way. Growing up with guns in the country but not having proper knowledge and training, he almost died. He was lucky enough to keep half his arm and he still has one lung. Point blank w/shotgun. His working lung is still full of lead. Him and the guy are still friends surprisingly. But they were both at fault. Failure in knowledge and safety plain and simple.

We still argue over gun safety and use but he is putting his ego and pride aside and educating himself better.
I had the luck of better training/education growing up with a country bumpkin father who was a veteran. He started teaching us kids about guns from age 1. Years of being drilled with safety and knowledge before even shooting a gun. We started practice at age 5 so we could understand the power and possible dangers we had been warned and trained on. I did the same for my son but as mother, I’m a little more careful and restrictive during these hormone addled times.

  • June 21, 2013 at 1:38pm

Wow! Our Founding Fathers would be soo proud.
We will see a whole lot more of this as current politicians dementia continues to worsen and our massive college educated population of puppets proceed them.

I’m all for no restrictions to the 2nd Amendment. I get where they are coming from here. However CONCEALING a firearm and OPEN CARRY only come with 1 real difference. If you can’t figure that out you may have a problem. Why states don’t allow both like AZ is stupid.
One of the biggest problems with conceal carry, it’s restrictive. It has caused people to fear guns because the only time they see them is when gang bangers and criminals have them. If more people saw them out in the open like back in the day, we wouldn’t have these issues. We have this problem in AZ now. People call the cops as soon as they see a gun instead of using their brain. Damn progressive idiots.
I do feel everyone who wants a firearm should be responsible and get training from an informed family member, friend or instructor.
If states really feel they need these laws and courses then maybe they should do 1x in person training or basic test, then allow renewal online with some proof of range time.
I find it hard to believe a true firearms instructor would really be comfortable with some one getting a permit online with their name and not really knowing if that person is safe and knowledgeable.
Maybe instructors could lower the costs a bit and encourage more people to take at least a basic course regardless of permit or if they carry. They can still make money and get the facts and training out to the uninformed public.

I couldn’t have said it better.
I firmly believe there is more to this world then we are being told and that includes the bible/religion.
Sounds funny, but I believe there was once giants on this earth. So many older news articles, talk of the Smithsonian collecting skeletons and other artifacts, bible, oral histories from way back when etc.
I’m not a believer of religion or evolution. I feel there are truths in both and too much information has been hidden and lies being told.
I may be cynical and hard pressed not to believe any one thing, I’m willing to take my chances if or when the day comes.

I can understand the officers concern, but does her previous record really warrant this? The fact that he didn’t call a female officers leads me to believe that he really didn’t think he would find anything so if she just did what he asked it would be quicker and everyone on their way with less paperwork.
It seems this officer didn’t not use proper judgment of this situation and or was just being a jerk cause he can.

I’m tired of officers failure to judge a situation using common sense and critical thinking. Some officers clearly have a power trip and no ability to read the average person. I know it’s tough not to judge when you tend to deal with the worst of the worst, but I also know a little listening and critical thinking can make a difference. All too often we see officers CREATING A SITUATION then actually determining if there is one and resolving it.
Too much power, to many judges assuming that because some one is an officer they must be inherently good and keeping their oath. States just finding revenue and officers trying to stay relevant.
It’s time to get our rights back people. Make officers do their job. Have them call a female officer, make them take you for a blood test if they think you’re DUI. Make them call their superior if you feel they are in the wrong or violating a right. Get those CAR #’s or badge/name and complain when they violate laws. We asked for officers, it is our duty to keep them in line.

I’m not religious, I have been to church plenty of times in my life. A variety of them in fact. I would say the one I disliked the most was a Southern Baptist style church due to the constant fire and brimstone sermons.
However, with that said, I can think back now and see that the pastor was caring and honest. Everyone was welcome but make no mistake he would tell you of your sins, the word of god etc etc. He would encourage counseling with him or others. He was extremely truthful and made no fluff to make you feel good to be a sinner no matter the sin.
My father was in his 50′s and getting married for the 5th time. The pastor told him flat out, living with your girlfriend and having sex with out marriage was a sin. He counseled them, encouraged separation of living til married and even offered to marry them.
If I was to suggest a church it would be this one. I would also recommend reading the bible regularly and focusing on the good and doing good to counter the fire and brimstone negativity depending on your personality and how you “take” things.

Again I’m not surprised. Regardless of possible premeditation by NWO, Illuminati, what ever and whoever you want to believe.
If you’re in the right position of power, find out about all this spying and info available, get the right folks in power and you are good to go. I don’t think matters what party is in the white house, this sounds like something that would be known by both political sides and used inappropriately.
I didn’t like what Bush did and I certainly don’t like where Obama is going. It’s clear this country is in serious trouble and it’s coming from the inside. Recent Supreme Court rulings have shown how bad it has gotten.
Voting for the lesser of 2 evils still doesn’t make things better. This was set up. If Ron Paul had the nomination it would have been much harder for Obama to win. Republicans picking Romney new this, the American people new this. Romney didn’t stand a chance and it was to try to trick the American people into believing Obama was the right guy for the job because Hey, most of America voted for him.
It backfired a bit as many refused to vote for either as they were loyal to Paul. Make no mistake, even if Romney won, we be in the same place. Hey, he basically just started spewing Obama’s stance towards the end.
