  FUTURE, as a fellow Vermonter, and gunowner, I have to agree with the posts expressing concern over your decision to open carry while being “a few beers deep” to go get more beer. This is how stupid shxt happens. Please do yourself, and the rest of us, a favor and carry responsibly. With rights comes great responsibility.

  UT-OH…. I own a 6L pressure cooker. Does these mean I am a potential terrorist? It stands to reason since the gun-banners pre-suppose that as a gun owner I am a potential mass-shooter thus I must have my 2nd Amendment rights infringed upon.

  You can’t in the manner that you are thinking about (ie. Gunbroker, Gunsamerica, online FFL dealers, etc.). They are telling a “white lie” to create the perception that anybody can purchase a gun online from “ANY” source without a background check. You know that thosed inclined to believe this tripe are not going to look into it and will believe it regardless. The internet sales they are talking about, amount to “stealth” Craigslist firearm listings, listings on other online classified sales sites similar to Craigslist, and firearms related classified websites, such as Armslist.com and gunlistings.org which are “local” classifieds with the intention of local face to face sales. However, they do not disclose this fact thus making the low-information crowd believe that guns can be purchased cart blanche on the internet without a background check. Remember , perception is reality.

  I would beg to differ on this. I may be mistaken but I do not concider following through on our obligation to our veterans “socialism”. With the exception of those among us that truly cannot take care of themselves, our veterans are the only ones that should be receiving free government healthcare.

  Rant on — Another dumbazz “gun cleaning accident”….. Sure…… What an idiot. I am sick of these stupid “gun cleaning” accidents. How many of you clean your firearms loaded? It was obviously loaded already, he racked it after cleaning with a presumably empty mag, which means he hadn’t “cleaned” the barrel or he would have know that it was loaded. How many of you clean your gun without cleaning/checking the barrel? Every time I hear of somebody getting shot or killed because a gun went off while it was being cleaned I want to explode. These are the types of negligent acts that I believe should be prosecuted. I also believe that “hunting” accidents where somebody shot another hunter because they thought the other hunter was an “x,y, or z” need to be prosecuted. I am sick of the rampant stupidity that we gun owners have to fight against on top of the anti-gun fight. —- Rant off.
