  • A PIECE OF SCAT SHOOTING SKEET! It looks like Barry’s go-to-guy for Photo-shopping birth certificates (maybe the same guy that did Danny-boy Rather’s Bush National Guard work?) did a terrible job on this obviously FAKE skeet “shooting” picture. I BET he may have handled the shotgun for a “macho” photo op with his little b*tch fingers and bony, girl-like arms barely able to heft the weapon, but I do not think he ever actually fired the gun. Reason why I think this? Look at the gas coming from ONLY the muzzle and ONE of the two ports on either side of the barrel. How does THAT happen? Exactly… It DOESN’T. The wannabe dictator-in-chief caught in yet ANOTHER in a LONG list of blatant LIES. Piece of scat.

  • Why do left-wing, anti-gun, anti-2nd Amendment, anti-FREEDOM maggots get wet over DEAD UNARMED heroes such as the Va. Tech professor and the teacher at Sandy Hook, when we could ALL celebrate the successful hero who is still ALIVE after stopping the carnage BEFORE it becomes a MASS murder, by deploying a concealed weapon of their own?

  • @keatonc33, How ignorant are you? Well “regulated”, at the time the Bill of Rights was written, meant well TRAINED. Research. Go back and read the contemporaneous writings and speeches of the Founding Fathers and others responsible for the wording of 2nd Amendment rights, and similar rights in state constitutions, and the meaning of the 2nd Amendment becomes even MORE clear than it is already (to those that value our individual freedoms and don’t have an UN-American agenda). The right of the PEOPLE (we citizens) to keep (acquire and own) and bear (carry for defense of self, family, community, and country – specifically to defend against a tyrannical U.S. government if need be) arms (at the time, the same arms that any standing army might have – muskets then, and AT LEAST, military style firearms with the STANDARD, NOT “high” capacity magazines most of them were designed to use from DAY ONE of manufacture).

  • @Pot-Contributor. WHAT are you smoking? Ignorant bed-wetting liberals like you, who have no basis in reality, especially when it comes to firearms, always cry that smart, common-sense, REAL-WORLD solutions, like concealed carry, will result in “Wild West” shootouts. The vast majority of gun owners, especially those that legally carry concealed, are very responsible with their firearms. In fact, as a group, they are much less likely to commit a crime than the general population as a whole, and virtually every state that has enacted concealed carry, has seen a drop in violent crime, NOT the “Wild West” shootout scenario you, and people like you bleat about. And, by the way, gun owners are not “gun” fetishists, we are FREEDOM & LIBERTY fetishists. When you think of little ones lying lifeless at the hands of evil, think of the relatively few at Sandy Hook, and then think of the MILLIONS of innocents gleefully encouraged by the left to be slaughtered by abortionists, and also the MILLIONS of children slaughtered by their OWN governments, along with their mothers, fathers, friends, and other innocents. The bodies stacked like cord-wood during the Holocaust, and the skulls stacked high after the Cambodian Killing Fields, as well as the specter of societal breakdown, chaos and violence, such as during the L.A. riots, and the aftermath of Katrina, to name two, are EXACTLY why the 2nd Amendment allows citizens to keep & bear EFFECTIVE tools, such as military style semi-autom

  • crete change for the good, they propose even MORE Draconian “solutions” that take away ever more of our rights. Meanwhile, THEY, the elites who THINK they know what is best for all of us dolts (in their minds), have the resources – both public (our taxpayer dollars being wasted) and private (Bloomberg is a billionaire), to have the latest in high-tech security at work and home, as well as trained security details with the latest in FULLY-automatic (not just the semi-automatic military-STYLE weapons they propose banning from OUR use) military/police weapons protecting them 24/7. The hypocrisy, lack of common sense, and disregard for the original intent of the founding fathers is breathtaking. Bloomberg thinks the founders would not have enshrined our right to keep and bear arms in the Constitution’s Bill of Rights if they’d known that modern firearms would be able to accept ammunition magazines of 10 rounds or more, or that they would be self-loading rifles that fire with each single pull of the trigger. Ergo, we citizens shouldn’t be able to keep and bear such modern weapons. By the same token, using his “logic”, the 1st Amendment should only allow freedom of expression with quill pens and old printing presses. Computers should be banned. When the Bill of Rights was written, each citizen was to have the “assault weapon” of the day, in his possession, with necessary ammunition and accoutrements in his home for self, and common defense. That should still app

  • The Connecticut school shooting, like all such thankfully, rare (given the MILLIONS of firearms and gun owners in our great country) events, was tragic. On that we can all agree. However, it never ceases to amaze me when the cynical and predictable anti-gun crowd comes out of the woodwork, BEFORE the families of the dead are even afforded the courtesy of a decent period of mourning and the victims, a proper burial, to politicize such a tragedy to further their anti-gun, anti-Second Amendment, anti-FREEDOM agenda. The political opportunists, like NYC Mayor, Michael Bloomberg comes on the talk shows and professes his desire for stricter (as if 20,000-plus gun laws on the books aren’t strict enough already) gun control on a national scale. He lords over a virtual Nanny/Police state in NYC where everything and ANYTHING that may be potentially harmful to his subjects (or his political career) should be BANNED by political fiat. The Napoleonic mayor, who wants more gun control is about just that – CONTROL. He, and other bureaucrats and politicians, largely from the left, think the answer to ANY problem is a ban. I would submit that he, and his kind, KNOW that their proposals to diminish our 2nd Amendment rights can NEVER guarantee the safety and well-being of all citizens, but it makes them LOOK like they are doing something meaningful. Like the President’s crocodile tears, their new laws are mostly MEANINGLESS, and, like always, when those new Draconian laws fail to make con

  • Obama-like-anti-2nd-Amendment GOONS in Chicago want to enact a $5 PER BULLET (like “clips” and magazines, KNOWLEDGEABLE people call them rounds or cartridges) tax. That is INFINITELY more than has happened with the prices on ammunition. The prices HAVE gone up artificially, but that is due to rounds need for war, AND, is ONE of the reasons the Obama-Holdr-led government is buying up so many rounds – to MAKE the prices SKYROCKET (see a TREND @Antetheist, you dumb-azz – i.e., energy, etc.)?

    In reply to fixer.

@schewer, or whatever your name is, MOST rifle rounds will have no problem penetrating the average bullet resistant vest. You OBVIOUSLY don’t know what you are talking about. Semper Fi.

Look at the few (thankfully) nutcases that have killed many with a 9mm, the turd at Va Tech , to name one. It’s not so much caliber, as it is shot placement. You, and others, may only feel comfortable with a .40 or a .45, but I, for instance, with my extensive training in the USMC, feel very capable with a 9mm. To each his own. Semper Fi.

  • Meant to say, in my previous post, that I have a 340 PD Scandium frame, not a 342 (used to have a 640, and a 442). By the way, I think Obama is too busy using our tax dollars to buy GM and Chrysler vehicles for the government to TRY and make Government Motors SEEM like a successful venture, which it is definitely NOT. He doesn’t want to make the firearms manufacturers, which he has not taken over (yet) to look better than they already do. However, I think all of the suspect government purchases of mass quantities of ammunition is an effort to drive down the supply and drive up the price even farther than they drove it up previously. Or, given the fact that I think this Narcissistic control freak (Obama) will do or say anything to stay in power, the ammo stockpiling could be due to something more sinister. Put nothing past a Statist “Utopian” who has a decidedly UN-American agenda.
