The police do not determine fault in an accident. They can state their opinion but it is ultimately the decision of the insurance company.

Also even if the light was red the lady had a shared responsibility to look for the all clear.

Good luck, Mr Snowden. Your sacrifice will likely be demonized, but those of us who see the government as the cancer it truly is appreciate and applaud your actions. I can only hope your courage is contagious.

“The power of the sword, say the minority…, is in the hands of Congress. My friends and countrymen, it is not so, for The powers of the sword are in the hands of the yeomanry of America from sixteen to sixty. The militia of these free commonwealths, entitled and accustomed to their arms, when compared with any possible army, must be tremendous and irresistible. Who are the militia? Are they not ourselves? Is it feared, then, that we shall turn our arms each man against his own bosom. Congress has no power to disarm the militia. Their swords and every terrible implement of the soldier are the birthright of Americans. The unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments but where, I trust in God, it will always remain, in the hands of the people.”
The Pennsylvania Gazette, Feb. 20, 1788.

Oil companies make about 8 cents per gallon profit. It has been this way for a long time. The government adds 59 cent per gallon in my state for the privilege of purchasing fuel. Who is ripping us off again? Big oil?

We had a room just like this one at a former employer (cell phone designer). I found the extreme quiet soothing and thought it would be a great place to nap. 45 minutes? Please. give me a pillow and I’ll break that record.

This is complete garbage. It is none of the state’s business. WTF happened to our country?

“he has spent 23 years in Congress and only one of his proposed bills have been signed into law,” adding, “Mr. Paul has sponsored 620 pieces of legislation.”

Isn’t that the point? Paul represents what Washington does not.

I have and will continue to support Dr Paul.

Ah, what better way to celebrate our freedom than to squash free, sometimes flawed, expression of our anthem. Nothing but hypocrisy.
