  Personally I think it’s just trendy right now. I do think that unbelief is legitimately on the rise, but I think this number is inflated by what my kids call “the trendies”, the people who do something because they think it’s cool.

  I think Sarah is making hay where only grass grows. There is nothing here, they announced that she would be on that night. Later they said nothing more about it. Personally I think her comments about John McCain are better left to another time. Her comments would have been out of place last night.

  Another hero becomes a zero. Seriously, Bill Nye, I do not need to know evolution to know that mixing chemicals can heal or kill. Piaget was not held back by creationists in discovering his theories, he came to his conclusions by studying his children, then went on to prove his theories. In no way does the knowledge of evolution enhance or detract from that knowledge. And I seriously doubt that Piaget looked at his children and said, “I must include the theory of evolution to fully understand what I a seeing here.”

  Seriously, Bill Nye, you have completely decimated your credibility by taking this stand. I am completely disappointed. (And by the way, I am not a creationist).

  What happened to helping the widow and the orphan? What happened to reaching the truly down trodden? Jesus did not call the church to support a political agenda, He called her to give aid and comfort to those less fortunate. The occupiers need to go back home, work with the system to improve the system. Live out the life they claim to want. And these “faith leaders” need to live out the gospel to ALL, not just those with a political agenda who can get them in the news.

  (And before anyone asks, NO Jesus was not the first occupier, He drove out the occupiers (from the Temple), He told them they were defiling His father’s house which is a house of prayer. The occupiers were not His disciples either, the occupiers were the Romans!)

  Where is the lefts outrage! Seriously, they were incensed over an ad that showed a gun target on a state but they say nothing about this which targets actual individuals. I am so tired of duplicity wherever it raises its head.

  I am sure that the testing is more accurate now, but just a few short years ago, a friend of mine was told she would have a Down Syndrome baby and she was encouraged, (yes encouraged) to abort the baby. She 1) changed doctors 2) had another test that showed yes indeed the baby was Down Syndrome 3) had a very healthy little boy. No DS, no other physical or mental disability. The test was wrong, both times If she had followed the first doctor’s recommendation she would have aborted a healthy baby. I wonder how many times that happens, even today.

  I’m not going to say they weren’t Satanists but studies (in the US) show that most crimes like this are carried out by young (and these men were young) self-styled Satanists. In any sense these men are psychopaths.

  Seriously, are we really surprised by this move?

  I’m furious that Biden links the economy to sex crimes! Yes all crime rates rise in hard economic times, but there is no hard evidence that sex crime increase is or can be linked to the economy. By making this link he minimizes the impact that sex crimes have on the victim.

  Everyone is entitled to their opinion, everyone is entitled to espouse their opinion. Formal education and degrees does not mean they know the answers. People need to educate themselves on specific topics, before they publicly open their mouths.

  Why didn’t Piers put her feet to the fire like he did Cain? (Well I think we all know the answer to that so it is a rhetorical question).
