  If they had said, “We have some evidence that al-Quada may be involved, but we want to investigate further before we say that with certainty”. Who would they be offending? Who would think that to be a terrible way to frame what is know, and what is being done? Is that worse than telling a tale like the video being the cause?

  Why is it that vote counting is an elected and politically aligned position? It seems to me that vote counting should be independent. Is that even possible? Can cronyism be removed from the process? There is no way in hell that mistakes should be let to stand simply because the officials could not muster the speed to check their own work. In 2000 I was all for the deliberate and proper recount in Florida. I am for that again today. It pains me when the sides only want to increase accuracy when it is in their favor. Men of honor would want the winner to be the person who got the most votes, not the person who got the most help from mistakes, foolishness, and fraud.
