It seems we tried that over our dead bodies, so to speak. The rinos and good ol' boys got what they wanted, their jobs guaranteed for eight years and to hell with their constituents.

We hit bottom when we quit digging. There are answers, but they occur individually, not through political groups, and they are found in the person of Jesus Christ and God’s forgiveness freely given through Him. ITS OK TO DISAGREE of course… This is still America.

As a father in law of a young soldier killed in the line of duty in 2008, much about Memorial Day celebrations is very disturbing, this included. God is my family’s strength and peace. I pray for our spiritually sick nation.
I am very sorry for your and your families loss. Let this weekend be a reminder of the love and special meaning that this weekend has.....that your family and his knew someone so special that this person gave his life for God, family, home and country-honorably and without question

I’m sure you may be joking. Being a libertarian/conservative and evangelical Christian, I don’t find myself wishing harm on anyone regardless of how much I dislike certain things about them, but to each his own. Have a nice day.
"God do unto them as they have done to others." Does this work for you????

I’m sure you’re probably be joking. I live in California, I frankly don’t buy myself wishing harm on people in the Midwest with tornadoes or people in East with nukes or hurricanes, but to each his own I suppose.
Lots of good people live in California. It's also America's sewer.
I agree. As much as I dislike CA politics and Hollyweird antics, many of us have friends and family who live there. I don't wish it on anyone.

It’s just as it was in the days of Noah. More and more people cannot define a principle or a difference between right and wrong, as will likely be clearly explained in some of the replies to this post:
