  No I do not believe it’s racism because first of all, the tea party is for any ethnic or racial background. The black caucus, on the other hand, are obviously for black members. I do not believe in keeping members out because of racial division, but anyone with knowledge of history should know full well that many black ppl need to come together and try to agree on things that would improve their community along with the American community as well. Well, at least that is the way it should be. I guess maybe I’m an optimist.

  Very tired. Too bad these ppl that cry “racism” seem to be the ones who promote it: “too black, “not black enough”, or just the old “you aren’t talking or thinking just like everyone else so therefore you’re an Uncle Tom”. How divisive.

  @ The Monk: Different skin types/tones have different reactions to the sun. My dad was of Welsh background (redhead) and would get boils from the sun…back in the ’30s. I am a large amound of Czech from my mother and somewhat olive complexion, so I tanned when young. Now that the sun is stronger (solar flares in combination with ozone holes, maybe?), I burn more easily. But consider this: when I eat a lot of high antioxidant foods or supplements (tumeric for anti-inflammation for example), I noticed that I did not burn at all. Interesting, eh?

  I hate to use the “R” word, but it does not surprise me that these ppl are african american. The system hates when some ppl actually succeed at something other than being trapped BY the system.
