I, myself, am not blaming police … I am blaming laws like this! By the standards written below, then … let’s say I go on vacation for a week and, while I’m gone, someone breaks into my house, changes the locks and starts living there. I return home to what is really a home invasion and I call the police. The cockroaches in the house say we had a deal that they could stay there while they mowed the lawn for me. I say that never happened. Now, according the law, they are the legal residents of MY family’s house until I can go to court? After all, it’s a he said/she said situation… That is completely WRONG! If anything, police should first side with whomever the homeowner is and then sort out the details later in court. If I own the home, those rodents should physically be removed immediately. If they want to sue me for breach of contract … then go ahead and prove it!

Yes, but remember that God told us in JimmyJoe 2:18 that He loves dudes with cool sunglasses … we can’t argue with those facts.

Clearly someone with a multiple personality disorder … sometimes he thinks He’s God, sometimes He thinks He’s His own son … sometimes He thinks He’s having an out of body experience as a Holy Spirit… maybe He needs to talk to someone.

JoeBob 14:5 – “A man with nice sunglasses will appear one day and play concerts at big arenas … he is a man of God” … see, there evidence that Bono is a Christian man of God … God himself said it in that passage … we have verifiable proof.

Exactly my point … why do I hate Ron Paul? Who said I hated him? In fact, I greatly support a lot of things he stands for and have promoted them to many people I know. I also think he’s a good man.

My problem is with many of his die hard supporters. Just about every time I see a Ron Paul supporter on TV or on comment discussions like this, there is an unhinged attitude to that person.

Someone will say I completely agree with Ron Paul on x, y and z .. like personal liberties and the Fed … or that the federal government is a danger to our freedom, but I might not agree with him on something else, like Al Qaeda is only attacking us because we occupied Saudi Arabia (just because that’s what bin Laden told us) …

then what I usually see happen at this point is a pile on of insults, saying you’re a neocon, pro-military industrial complex, moron, shredding the Constitution, yadda yadda yadda … it reminds me of a trigger in an insane person that sets them off when a specific word or phrase is uttered … or a subroutine that is called in the Paul Bot v2.0 software.

I’m not a repubic, but the Paul Bots are crazed and don’t handle things too well when anyone veers slightly off the talking points list.

They should be known as the Ron Paul Collective … hmm, kind of sounds like a communist movement.

Now downloading talking points update from Ron Paul server … update complete…

“If you don’t agree 100% with everything Ron Paul says, you are a communist, neocon, Constitution-shredder and I hate you!”

While I do not like Dawkins or militant atheists’ close minded certainty that God does not exist, I also find it hard to take seriously the man made fairy tales that go under the names of various religions … and that the human writings of these religions are used as facts in logic arguments by many people on this board. I think Thomas Jefferson says it best on this subject:

“Question with boldness even the existence of God; because, if there be one, he must more approve of the homage of reason than that of blindfolded fear.”

So I have a question for all of the rigid, hateful, “don’t question anything” posters I see on this topic. In your opinion, why did God give each of us a brain, mind, reason, logic and the instinct from birth to be intellectually curious … if not to think about these things and ponder our existence … and yes, maybe even question religion? In my opinion, God would be disappointed in us if we never did question these things because it would mean we’ve wasted the gifts that He gave us.

Actually MOSHY1 and SWAMPY, it sounds ignorant to never question anything related to religion. Always blindly believing what you’ve been told and hating anyone who questions these things throughout their life to better understand their own faith and truth is the height of ignorance. What is wrong with reason and logic when it comes to God? Remember this quote from Thomas Jefferson:

“Question with boldness even the existence of a god; because if there be one he must approve of the homage of reason more than that of blindfolded fear.”

Wow, Glenn, your explanation really cleared things up. Here’s the translation… “Of course I don’t think the Tea Party is racist … but, if you support Newt Gingrich over Barack Obama, then yes you are a racist.” So his explanation basically just confirmed what he already said on Friday trashing any conservative tea partiers as racists who think any of the Republican candidates are better than the Marxist in the White House. Long time listener of Glenn’s lost.

The funny thing is, Glenn sounds exactly like a … wait for it … Progressive! Either you agree with him point for point …

(specifically most recently that Newt Gingrich is the evil reincarnation of Teddy Roosevelt and is no different from Obama and you mimic his nightly ritual of burning Teddy Roosevelt in effigy)

… OR … I’m going to say you must be a racist … yup, sounds very similar to the leftist, progressive playbook.

Surprise, Glenn … you are a PROGRESSIVE … time to hate yourself now.

I liked Herman Cain, but come on. How can anyone really believe it is a choice? … maybe for a very small percentage. I just think that is ignoring the truth in front of you. All of us have known people growing up for which you could just tell they were homosexual. You have to admit that. So, then, God purposely created homosexuality, didn’t he? Why, so we could condemn his creation?
