Good question. Why? What is our foreign policy anyway? I’m confussed. I do believe we (USA) have the best covert tools (men and equipment) in the world. Why aren’t we using them more?

Our first reaction to 9/11 was on target. it sent a strong message back at the terrorist. However, the Iraq War was not on target because it was started for the wrong reasons.
