  What Ryan won’t tell you is that he collected Social Security payments as a teenager, which he saved to help pay for his college education. It’s the republican attitude of “I’ve got mine, $crew you!”

  Paul Ryan on why he doesn’t want to increase taxes on the wealthy …. “businesse­s pay taxes individual­ly. So when you raise their tax rates …. that is going to hurt job creation”.

  Yeah, there are so many jobs being created right now, you wouldn’t want to hurt that.

  We’re still under the Bush tax cuts, where are the jobs ????Does he really think we don’t know the unemployme­nt figures?
  Does he really think giving more tax breaks to the top tiers will create jobs? …. No, but paying back business and the wealthy for putting Republican­s in office is at the top of the Republican Party’s agenda.

  Poor Paul Ryan (not). I bet he was surprised that his own party constituen­ts think he is full of bull puckey.

  I am glad that people are starting to wake up. I laugh when I think of the Tea Partiers with their signs saying Keep Your Hands off My Medicar during the health care debate last year.

  Do you know anything about Darrell Issa ????

  Darrell Issa has been requesting millions of dollars worth of earmarks to widen and improve highways only in areas around his real estate businesses. Our taxes should not be used for our Representative’s personal profit.
  Even though he has spoken out against earmarks and criticized other lawmakers who personally benefited from federal funds, Darrell Issa is the richest member of the House and is profiting from federal earmarks that he secured for himself.
  How ironic that he is Chairman of the Oversight Committee when he is doing exactly what he has accused others of doing, calling it “tantamount to bribes.” Perhaps Mr. Issa’s constituents need to do some oversight ourselves, and ask for our money back.

  The fox is in the chicken coop! Congressman Issa is the fox in this issue. The chairman of the House committee in charge of government oversight has finally been caught. Let’s see how our current Congress is going to act on this. He bought his way in to Congress and now has the nerve to purchase more real estate under these “earmarks.”
