  What is wrong with her? There is no middle class tax cut bill on the floor, or proposed. There is a proposal to leave the current tax rates at the same level that they are now except for the top 2%, whoever that is. If what they want passes, most people will not see an increase in take home pay, and some will see a decrease.

  I think PD-51 is for national emergencies, which is what has been in place since 9-11, 2001. States have the right to set the time and place for elections unless Congress makes a law, which it did. The first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. And law passed by Congress has to be amended by Congress. Individual states would be able to change election times for local state and congressional elections, but not for President/Vice President electors, at this point.

  In my day a binder was referred to as a loose leaf notebook and vice versa. I can’t imagine a binder with the profiles of potential candidates for appointment to important positions in the Governor Romney administration was anything other than that.
