I hate seeing talking heads repeating the 47% don’t pay income tax line. First off, Federal income tax money goes to pay for welfare. They specifically tell you this is anyone bothered to actually read the relevant information. Read 42 U.S.C. 3535(k). The solution to the problem is glaringly simple. Stop spending on Unconstitutional programs. Social Security includes ALL WELFARE programs. That is because SS IS WELFARE. Anyone with a SS#, which there is no requirement for, is a government employee (5 U.S.C. 552 (a), Federal Personnel). All ‘federal personnel’ are taxable under the ‘public salary act’ of 1939. The current tax code is the 1939 code. Need proof? Read 26 U.S.C. 7851 (f). I never understand why people insist on reading the phrase Federal income tax incorrectly. It is a ‘tax’ ON ‘Federal income’. Federal income………..taxes

@bikerhoop You actually believe an act of Congress amends the Constitution? You actually believe they can write writs of assistance? LOL. They can, but if they try it on an intelligent person they will also go to prison. It is called the Patriot ‘ACT’. It is called an ‘act’ for a reason. It is not LAW under the Constitution. The Answer is fairly simple. First. The government has no authority whatsoever to make laws restricting the USE of pot. They could require that it be grown however. Oh wait. They did that until 1950. By passing unlawful statute the government has set itself up to fight a WAR it creates. By pretending that they can make pot unlawful they create a blackmarket niche for it. Because it IS blackmarket now the price goes up, causing MORE crime that you can use as an excuse to hire more police to impose unlawful statute on a supposedly free people. You also create the incentive for ORGANIZED GANGS to traffic it, creating MORE crime, which you can use as an excuse for MORE police and absurd statute that protects no one, but requires you WAIVE your inherent RIGHTS. Since the Federal government has no jurisdiction over any land NOT granted TO THEM by the states all the land they CLAIM as National Parks is actually property of the state in which it exists. I want to know how they establish age from photos? I know girls that LOOK 13 but are 25, and I know some that are 13 but LOOK 25. We live in a messed up world. Here is my take on the whole thing. Someone somewhere, 1.finds girls that are or look underage. 2. They film the girls and may or may not call them some descriptive name to lure in the perverts. The perverts being perverts do what perverts do. They request the ‘image/vid’. Their internet provider, gets the image and sends it along to their customer, the Customer views it, and then gets arrested for (possession,transmitting,receiving porn.) Now it can be truthfully argued this is odd behavior, in today’s society. But how it is that the ENDUSER of the Product is made the criminal? Why aren’t the film makers treated the same? Why aren’t the internet providers at fault for ‘transmitting’? Why only the poor sap at the end of the food chain who is the target of ……both the film maker AND the crime makers called the police?

Article VI, Cause 2. This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land;……………..Public education did you no favors. “Laws made in pursuance thereof” means laws that the Constitution allows. Not any law they want to make. The Constitution is we the people RESTRICTING and DEFINING what the government can do. Even a first grader can read “Congress shall make no law” and understand it means, well Congress. All preambles of Federal AND state constitutions state the following in some form. “We the People, thankful to (all mighty god, our creator, etc) do hereby ordain and establish this constitution (LAW for the operation of the respective corporation).
