  • Republicans need conservatives to “win”, so they will say or do anything to get their vote. I understand that. Democrats will say or do anything to get the Union and Minority vote.

I even understand why both parties will do everything in their power to marginalize and squash any attempts at a viable third party. They have a monopoly on power in this country and aren’t about to relinquish it. Especially to someone like Ron Paul who would actually DO SOMETHING to reduce the size and scope of the federal government. Can’t let that happen, now can we? And eliminate the Federal Reserve? Sound money? If they though RP stood a chance of winning, it would be R.I.P. for RP.

What I don’t understand are the so called “conservatives” and “tea party patriots”. They are on the right track. They’re fed up with the way things are going. Fed up with the way politicians have screwed things up over the past many decades. Yet they join the same establishment parties and media in marginalizing a fledgling freedom movement. And look to the same two parties for their salvation from the mess… those same two parties have given us.

‘This election’, we are told, ‘it is critical! Abandon your principles! You MUST vote Romney!’. In 2016, the argument will be that we can’t let Hillary in! We must vote Romney AGAIN! In 2020, who then? It doesn’t matter. We will still be told that ‘We can’t let a Democrat in to add MORE onto our 30 Trillion debt! Only a R

  • It is a little hard to understand what you are saying. But know this. If any country tries to invade the US, they will deal with more than just the military. Do you think the Middle East are the only ones who know the theory of death by a thousand cuts? America will not be an easy target.

  • Thanks. That made me smile.

  • Dems had the Prez, House and Senate for two years. Why didn’t he just bring the troops home? Instead of complaining the deficit is a result of Bush’s “unfunded wars”?

  • Same here. New Jersey, the home of Newark, Trenton, Camden, and many more impoverished Democrat strongholds, will vote for Obama. I could pull the “R” lever 100 times and it wouldn’t make a difference. So I will vote my convictions.

  • You folks are giving the President way too much credit. Haven’t the decision makers in the U.S. had the same basic foreign policy for many decades?

  • Let’s not forget that both groups of young sheep… I mean people did not research their “foe” on their own, but were TOLD to hate by someone else, so they do.

  • Isn’t that what Romney has been saying? Oh wait…. no…it wasn’t Romney. Who was it? Oh, that crazy guy who also wanted to cut spending, audit the fed, repeal ALL of Obamacare, end the dept. of Ed, dept. of Energy… the guy I voted for, but everyone else was told NOT to.

Man, gullible people make me angry.

  • I get your point, but there are just over 1 billion muslims in the world. Just over 6 billion humans.

I’m not a History nut, per se, but there’s enough evidence that Jewish people have lived in that land for thousands of years, building a civilized society, while their neighbors roamed the lands in small tribes.

Nations have been trying to destroy Irael long before the Romans… they keep coming back. They’ve got B@lls, I’ll give them that.

  • Using your restaurant analogy, I would say to you that you are being told there are only two places to eat. What you are not being told is the both chefs attended the same school. So anything you eat will pretty much taste the same.
Some people are trying to alert others to the fact that there’s another restaurant in town where the chef did NOT go to that school. The food may not LOOK as good as the other places, but it’s a lot healthier for you.
If enough people would eat there, the other two places would take notice, don’t you think?
At least we still have the freedom to eat where we want, no?
