Woodyee, if you're interested, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. We've got a bunch of Blazers together on a private forum, away from the trolls and PC mods. It's nothing fancy, but we can at least talk over the latest news and any shared interests there. We hope to hear from you.

Of course they’re forced to meet quotas – LAPD is part of L.A.’s revenue service. Another part is the water district; the union refused to open their books during recent allegations of money-shuffling benefiting politicians and the union; water and power revenue is a damn if you do (reduction of individual power and water usage, as the lib politicians demand, results in the company demanding a rate increase, which is always granted), and damned if you don’t (stiff fines in the form of automatic rate increases kick in as a penalty, if you consume more then you have in the past during a certain period of time).
I ALWAYS remind the family “Don’t Feed The Beast!”, meaning not to do anything that is going to involve punitive assessments benefiting local politicians, at the hands of law enforcement – obey the speed limit, park where it’s legal, etc.
When folks do that consistently, the municipalities resort to enforcing quotas…
I know of several locations where if the numbers aren't meet, a supervisor will ride with the officer to prove the violations are there and he or she isn't handling them.
Exactly! Self regulation puts big LEO's out of business. Now if we would only apply that to real criminal actions then we can get back to an America that self governed its own house family by family. One can dream.

“It is not the place of teachers to attempt to persuade students about religious or political beliefs,” he said.
Erah, excluding muslim thought and teaching, of course…and, uh, erah, multiculturalism and anti-American liberalism, too.. Other than that, we’re good…
Does anyone remember the Barack Hussein Obama mmmm mmm mmm video? How about the 100′s of pro Obama videos, 1000′s of anti-gun anti NRA videos. in class. Hypocrisy, mass scale.
woodyee I caught that as well. It seems that is all they do except the only religion they promote is islam.
So this teacher should be forced out of her job, too...right?
Add to that discussions about the big A or Johnny's mommy is named Tom and looks lots like his daddy Richard. Blatant Liberal propaganda is ok in schools but nothing that supports morality.
It is not the place of teachers to attempt to persuade students about religious or political beliefs,” he said. ”In doing so, the teacher was wrong and that has been communicated to her. But what about all of the liberal garbage being spewed out at schools, and universities across the country, such as climate change, etc. and bashing Conservatives ? Oh, that’s right, it’s ok when it’s liberal religion, and liberal politics. My bad.
There's a difference between making educated, well-supported claims. Perry's claims are totally asinine.
I'm shocked that this woman had the educational background to pass any kind of teacher certification test. Yikes.
This website she got here information from is...........
Probably you cornballs on this site!!!

Vote for an atheist as president? Absolutely not! Any head of state NOT believing in a power higher than himself, believes himself to be that absolute authority.
At least she wouldn't be a sanctimonious ass deferring their atrocious deeds to the will of a 'higher power' (like Bush if you need an example)
Yeah good thing obamas not an atheist right? His faith sure made him a good prez. And he's not arrogant at all...
Are you able to support your statement in any way?
WHY does a belief in a "power higher than himself" HAVE TO be a belief in a god power?
And WHY does NOT believing in a "power higher than himself" then HAVE TO equate to himself being the absolute authority?
Can not / does not a president (anyone) believe his/her actions can/would/sometimes should be held accountable to the other powers of govt. - AND the people???
I do not hold a god-belief (or, again, one any of you folks would 'recognize') YET... I do not believe myself the / an "absolute authority". I believe others will still hold my actions / beliefs accountable.
I believe I must be accountable for MY actions.
WHY would it be 'better' if I believed I held god beliefs for which I could then 'blame' my actions on?
'God told me to do it' / 'God tells me it is wrong' - are but cop-outs from not taking personal responsibility.
woodyee, you are saying that JUST BECAUSE one does not hold a god belief then one can not believe "in a power higher than himself" / herself.
What do you base that contention on? What can you offer as proof for such a contention?
Does not the history of humans include examples of the most tyrannical rulers who professed strong god/religious beliefs? Simply believing they were doing 'god's will'. Taking the 'God told me to do it' cop-out! As if that justifies anything.
I'll bite, Zappa.
Please give us your rendition of 'higher power'. Because from what you have written, it appears your definition of that is what I would term 'majority rules'.
I do not care to offer MY personal belief in a “higher power” – with this crowd. And actually, I would classify THEM as Higher PowerS.
Since I have witnessed how many folks here at this site 'turn on their own’ – let alone those they see as total ‘outsiders’...
I care not to even TRY and ‘justify’ my PERSONAL beliefs to this crowd.
Be it safe for me to say though that I happen to believe there ARE ‘powerS’ greater than I.
Powers – LIKE (but not) the Christian/Catholic God I was raised (indoctrinated) about from birth that are, frankly, incomprehensible for humans to truly understand. Hence: Faith / Belief. A personal interpretation I (we) can each ‘manage’.
There should be NO ‘majority rules’ when it comes to PERSONAL faith.
Majority rules just leads to (further) indoctrination.
For me… My life was THANKFULLY filled with ‘exposure’ to a great many and variety of god / religious / cultural / social / governmental ‘things’. And my loving (and very god faith-strong) parents gave me the freedom to ‘take in’ all they (and others and myself) exposed me to and empowered me to make my own decisions about such.
I have been making personal interpretations about god – and everything else – since as early as I can remember – and do so to this minute.
It’s called Free Will – right?
This is a false claim. Do you value the truth?
Yeah, just keep on voting for people that believe in middle eastern superstitions. Religion is a disease. ISIS nutjobs are currently using their religion to kill thousands of people. Contrary to what you believe, Allah, is the same god you believe in. Christian / Jewish / Islamic god is the same one.
Can you please articulate why, if your morals are personal unto you, how anyone else is supposed to even KNOW what to hold you accountable to, much less actually hold you accountable?
Actually, I would be concerned with voting for an Atheist president simply due to the historical record of 20th Century Atheist rulers. Not to mention the fact that when it comes to moral and ethical decisions, the more...how shall we say...bendable and radical philosophies tend to have an atheistic bent to them.
I'm not saying I would never vote for an atheist, but they would have a steep hill to climb for reasons of historical actions, not necessarily because they don't agree with me on religion.
“Nowhere in the Constitution is religion mentioned, except in exclusionary terms. When the Founders wrote the nation’s Constitution, they specified that “no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.” (Article 6, section 3) ”

Random thoughts –
They apologized. Let’s move on…Yeah well, our Liberal trash learned from the Euro’s trash that an apology fixes everything…
If Hitler had only apologized, the word “nazi” would have been adopted by modern-day liberals.
If it had been a swastika on the flag…
If flag-waving inspires violence, tax it! Why not? They fine you for yelling “Fire!” in a crowded theater…
I wonder what good craft beers will be on sale this week at BevMo?
the MSM uses the same tactic. they'll run a story in error with a certain narrative, knowing its an error, then remove it with an apology the next day. never getting the correct narrative out, just the apology. mission accomplished by the propaganda machine.
Fact is, flags in stands should be banned. Try sitting behind a mo-ron who thinks it's cool to be waving a flag during the game. Zionist, Nazi, Mexican... all should be banned.

I hear the mayor in Baltimore believes violence is therapeutic. Wait until the APA gets through with this…

I think it’s 59th star. I heard him say 57, “with one more to go.”

“WHY is it in the hard times that a/your god wants us to give ‘him’ thanks and praise?
WHY do people “need him most” “in the hard times”?”
No need to ask Disabledcovetern. You’ll find out soon enough, Zappy m’boy!
I know....you would think golden retriever would 'so clash' with Kailua blue!?!?

The architect would be better off donating the house to the park “service” and taking a deduction, than to try and sell it, now that the injuns know it is quite possibly an ancestral burial ground, or some other such thing. On the other hand, you can buy it and then try to buy the injun’s silence, by telling them they can use it as a casino…
California injuns make-um big wampum from Democrat politicians…
Have to agree , those glyphs and carvings are inviting trouble... so it has 9 acres of the "most beautiful desert in the world" ... is that something like like the prettiest Hillary portrait or the best smelling skunk... and just look at the floors ,, it's like walking in a home depot ,, plain concrete that they painted with some clear or was polished... They couldn't even carpet the place for $4MILLION? and the big draw is that it's on a golf course ,, you know why you didn't see any golfers out on the course in this video? I'll tell you ... It's in the freaking desert and it's 120 outside.
Yes it was such an incredible grace when the Holy Spirit led me to be a reader at Mass in the Catholic Church given to us by Jesus.

I hope to find the opportunity to listen to his show and get a feel for it. I often listen to “The Jesus Christ Show” on Sunday mornings c/o KFI AM640. I was first insulted and thrown off by a radio jockey referring to his show by HIS name, but I gave it a good listening, and “got it”.
Metaxas? Well…I’ll see.

If what the Iranian General had to say was, in fact, outrageous, then how does Obammy’s nuke deal fare in comparison?…
Libs, hampered by their thinking disorder, might find the question rhetorical, at best. I’d rather laugh at a lying enemy general, than to take the word of his Ayatollah and have him laughing at ME as he whips out a very real nuke…

…and speaking of Mexico – “Mexico Attacks US Border Patrol Over Boat Wreck, Agents Fight Back”
In a related story, Breitbart, in an article republished from Politico, is reporting that Peter Schweizer is ALSO looking into the finances of Jeb Tushface Bush. Remember, Tushfase was making $$$$$ hands over fist c/o Obammycare, while seated near the top at TENET.

But seriously folks –
When the Congress sits back and let’s this “Pennywise” (and that’s precisely what he is – a deadly and malicious clown) and let’s Broom Hillary get away with blatant felonious conduct, they leave themselves WIDE OPEN to insult and injury, because they’ve no one to come to their defense; that is, no one with any class and sense of right and justice.
They don’t care that they’re publicly made out to be the fools they are – they’re living high on the hog – on your dime.
