  A small battle won but the assault rages on.I went to the BDN advertisers with phone calls and emails warning them of a boycott of their business if they continue to advertise with BDN,may have had some effect,not sure.We may see legislation as early as Tuesday to keep ccp info private,another small step.

  Here in Maine the Bangor Daily News (owned by Chellie Pingree family) have requested all the names,addresses and birth dates of the concealed weapon permit holders in the state.Luckily our Gov. Lepage is speaking up calling for quick legislation to block the info from being published.We need to tell our businesses if they choose to advertise with people like BDN they should expect us to boycott their businesses.

  I live in mid coast Maine,we don’t usually get nailed with this much snow in one storm,30″! At almost 50 yrs old and wrestling with a snow blower and shovel all day I can say I’m sore tonight!I’ve lived here all my life and love it but I’m really hating winter!
