  Yeah but RAG, I’ve got all these people around me that think I should be healed of this drinking problem. They’re actually trying to change my orientation, rather than accept me for who I am. They are bigots, and I’m tired of them trying to rule my life and fit into their bigot boxes. I deserve better! I am an oppressed minority for this, and the rejection and persecution I (and others like me) are receiving from the bigots who want to change us is just not fair. Furthermore, I suffer discrimination in the workplace. My bigoted boss now has threatened to fire me if I don’t change my behavior.

  It’s time for civil rights for my kind. It’s just so dang unfair!

  Actually RAG, I’m not catholic. And if you knew anything of homosexual efforts to break into the church you would understand the pedophile priest thing with more clarity. Are you a scoutmaster per chance?

  I drink heavily. I have a proclivity towards heavy drinking and drunken stupors. I didn’t choose this; rather I was born this way. Where are my civil rights on this? The world is so unfair!

  Maybe the good pastor should also substitute the word incest, or beastiality, or pedophilia in that paper he is reading from. Pick your debauchery and demand a special status.

  “Gay marriage” is simply a ploy to legitimize homosexuality. Like the tv sitcom “Will and Grace” it’s all about making homosexuality normative. It’s an appeal to the emotions in order to bless debauchery.

  With enough cleverness and appeal to emotion, one could do the same for incest, beastiality, or any other debauched sexual behavior.
