Oh, your not alone on this one. I’ve been pulling my **** out with people’s responses “oh, what do you have to hide?” “If your not guilty of something, why wouldn’t you let them in and search anything they want?”.
Complete Pavlov’s bell is being used to condition people right out of their constitutional rights.
One other clear observation is being made right now by the enemies of the USA. Hey, look one guy can shut down an entire region. This is what you can do to a disarmed society.

CAD-DRIVER “Anybody that wants to make a point about the 2nd amendment and parades around with a rifle on display is not helping the cause.”
I’m sorry your such a weak vermin who just wants to hide in a hole.
WHAT CRIME DID HE COMMIT?
I have no idea what “cause” you are referring to, but the Constitution isn’t a “cause”. He committed no crime. The only person in the video committing the crime is the NAZI thug cop, who you are supporting.
The example I gave earlier of me making an accusation of you making explosives in your house, does not give cops the right to bust in your front door because I made a call. Maybe you need that to happen to you for you to wake up.

If LIBERAL_HYPOCRISY really is a LEO, remember, this is who people point to in referring to one of the good cops. THAT SHOULD SPEAK VOLUMES !!!!!

“…once he checks out the rifle and makes sure it is not stolen and properly registered (if it is required by the state) then he can go on his merry way”
Really so as a LEO you are admitting your a thug NAZI? So the man isn’t committing a crime but you have no problem with property being stolen from him by a cop to check to see if it’s registered or stolen? You have out rightly advocated cops busting in any door of a home they choose without a warrant to simply search for anything stolen or not registered. You can play the what if game all you want. what would be your response to cops busting in your door without a warrant and with out you having committed a crime to do a search. Go ahead and lie and say you wouldn’t have a problem with that, or instead admit your hypocrisy and say that you would have a problem with it and reacted just like this guy did. Who bestowed on you the ability to be above the law? That gun on your side?

IMJUSTAGUY said “Had the police gotten this call and ignored it, then this guy went on to shoot up a school…then what?”
No one is saying that the cops should have ignored it, but what if the call was about a man with a weapon, and upon pulling up the officers see a man with a walking stick? You know, something that very well could be used as a weapon? You would expect the cops to use common sense. I’m sorry when did it become illegal to ask a cop that is detaining you, why he’s detaining you. Or asking if you have committed a crime? When a cop pulls over your car, don’t you want to know why? If the cop that pulls you over, doesn’t say you were violating a driving law, but rather that they got a call of a man driving a suspicious looking car…………… Come on, you can not be so dense to not see the absurdity in that.
Refusing to question authority makes you a good German in the 1940s

To answer your absurdity with absurdity. Where does the violation of constitutional rights end? “What if he was to go start killing people”. Really? What if you were making explosives in your home? Oh no! Maybe we ought to let the government put cameras in all of our home and watch over us. You know for the same absurdity of “what if”. I mean if it only saves one life to have big brother in all of our lives watching over us and protecting us. Think of the children! Again I point out, it’s positions like yours that would have made you a good German in the 1940′s.

You would have made such a good German in the 40′s. That Jew must have done something to get his teeth kicked in by those HJs. That jew must have been just trying to pick a fight.
I’m sorry, did you not understand that? Let me speak in a language your are familiar with. Baa baaa baa baa.

No matter how ridiculous the command, refusing to follow the orders of a badged thug results in “interfering with a police investigation” or just simply “resisting and officer without violence”. This happens all the time because we want to believe cops are the good guys. I offer you this: If there are so many good cops out there then how can there possibly be so many bad cops? Why do good cops let bad cops get away with crimes? I see nothing about “police” in the Constitution, but I do see militias. I prefer Benjamin Franklin’s motto “mind your own business”.
“Sir we have gotten called in complaints that you are brandishing that lawn mower in your own front yard, mowing your lawn, in a rude and threatening manner. I am a badged thug tool of the government. I am not allowed or paid to use common sense. We got complaints, so I must come and investigate, and arrest you if you do not follow my orders. Because you didn’t lick my boots when I commanded, you are now under arrest for “resisting without violence”. Welcome to Amerika.”
