I agree. You can start by learning to speak “English.” Then, learn to read, stay off drugs, obey the law, go to school, and while your in school,….pay attention, study, & pull your pants up, stop gang banging, & if you just have to go out & kill somebody, do so in your own neighborhood ( that’s the hood. )
